The place isnt that old, maybe 5 years. When it opened it was nice, they had decent prices and the employees were friendly. Now its dirty, junk everywhere, high prices and the employees are verging on being downright rude. High-priced electronics that you cant return if broken is a huge red-flag. At least Value Village has decent prices, this place is being run into the ground by workers who dont care and managers who cant control them.

I bought quite a few pieces of furniture. The furniture prices for the most part have gone down and are quite reasonable and they give 3 days for pickup I received incredible help not only loading the furniture but Emilio even helped me tie a chair on top of my car and it was freezing out. They are helpful and kind and prices are great. A big thank you to all at this store whove helped me start over.

This location gets some great donations. They always have nice furniture, problem is they are selling it at NEW RETAIL prices. And while the stuff is nice its not new. If Im spending $800 on a couch Im not getting it used from a thrift store. Other things seem a little over priced as well for a thrift store. If you are low income looking for decent cheaper furniture this is not the place to go.

I think the selection here is really great. I went to the store a couple weeks ago and the manager was super nice. Found a lot of great clothes and the clothes werent expensive even though I dont think I picked any of the sale tags. Probably not the most spotless clean of stores, but then again...most thrift stores Ive seen are not. Id give this an average on cleanliness.

The clothing selection and prices are excellent!! My daughter always finds great jeans here and I can find lovely toddler clothing. Much more reasonable than some of the other thrift shops! Great brand name clothing for womens business attire too. Some furniture is pricey, but a lot of it is a fabulous deal. Staff are always friendly and helpful!

I agree with other people saying this thrift store over-charges for furniture. Theyre also calling things "retro" and "mid-century" and mark-up the price to $500+. I think they forgot they are a THRIFT STORE and not an ANTIQUE store. You got these items for FREE, dont be GREEDY (not exactly the "Christian way" there Salvation Army).

They need two put the size tags on the racks because the elderly people are complaining that they dont want to have to fight through all them clothes to find their size I dont like it either people dont want to shop were it takes them too long to look for their size

Very dirty store, even for thrift store standards. Very high priced garbage. There are so many MUCH nicer thrift stores to shop at, with better pricing than here. Oconomowoc St. Vincents is extremely nice and the prices are much mire fair.

Store is clean and selection is good. However, clothing is not sorted by size, making it difficult to browse. Prices are good overall, but some newer items, especially nice furniture, are priced very high--almost retail prices.

None of the clothing is marked with the size and half the time you cant find the price tag on any of the things in the store definitely will not waste my time coming here
