First of all the people that post that this is the best thrift they have been too?? Need to get out more, I have been here three times, and now I will not go back. Smells, dirty, junky. Horrible and the Barbie dolls? I feel like I am walking into a Voodoo shop. Has anyone ever cleaned those dolls. They all have cob webs and dirt in them. Now ask the clerks where the money goes to what Charity. You get three different answers including one that says it is a charity that supports People in Afganastan. I am checking further as I was told that they were investigated by the Milwaukee Journal as to be fraud. Hmmmm

this is my favorite store..i go about 2x a week.... i would like to work there.... they could pay me with stuff ! i buy alot of name brand clothes/shoes/books/purses/quilts/curtains, and sell them on ebay... i once bought a pampered chef griddle for $3.99 and sold it on ebay for $79.99; People pay, supply and demand. a good way to make a living; The store is nicely lit, bathrooms better than a gas station, dressing rooms; All clothing is nicely arranged by size and color... makes a pleasant shopping experience. There are deals here...prices more reasonable than the Goodwill.

I shop here often. I think the prices are extremely reasonable and they have a wide selection of womens clothing. I never expected that every thrift store gives to charity - thats not why I go there. Its a business...period. I have also always been treated very kindly by the staff. The last time I was there I noticed that they had added size dividers - that is a GREAT help and much appreciated. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is that I wish the dressing rooms felt a little more private. I feel a little "exposed" in them.

I used to really enjoy shopping here. Prices were great and you could always find a great deal. The owners are very friendly! Now a lot of things are overpriced for the condition that they are in, and many of the employees are rude! I said Hello to the cashier and no answer...she didnt say a single word to me or even make eye contact, she continued talking to another worker. without paying attention, she set down my change and reciept, and didnt ask about wrapping glass products...once I got in the car the glass broke.

The Bad: Manager (Son of owner)- Unprofessional, rude, no accountability, hiring employees based on looks (hello EEO!), steady employee turnovers (pretty sure employees quit on a regular basis), their donations to charity is questionable, and let me emphasize rude. Quite frankly, I dont think the manager cares. I feel bad for the good workers putting in an honest effort. The Good: Some of the employees are genuine and friendly people. Im sorry for your manager.

The clothes are now over priced, horrible customer service. The owners wife and son are extremely rude to their customers and employees. Basically anything they think is worth something gets sold on ebay for personal benefit from what ive heard, pretty bad thing to do if you say you donate proceeds to a charity. Wonder how much actually goes to charity...... Ive also overheard owners talking bad about customers in the store. What a way to run a store.

Everyone there has been very friendly. Things are pretty well organized. Good variety and quality of clothes. Vintage clothes selection is great. A certain color tag on items is 1/2 price there each day, it would be nice if they had a schedule available ahead of time. Some items are overpriced, especially seasonal/holiday which dont typically go half price. Some things are great bargains. Fun to browse since you never know what youll find.

This is one of my favorite places!! Its like a year round rummage sale rain or shine. Its conveniently located amongst other shopping n activity which makes it great for a quick look around. You never know what youll find but chances are they have what youre looking for. It gives me the feel of everyday treasure hunting or even like that show American Pickers. The employees are also very helpful and friendly. FUN for ALL!

I've been goin to thrift stores way before it was "chic"..and this is by far one of the best I've seen.. I have introduce many of my friends and family..I mostly shop for dress wear ..suits shirts..ties..ect..and the quality and price are on point!!!! Very well organized, seasonal & holiday special sections always maintained, clean, and on and on. Get the picture? LOL I am a thrift madwoman and this one is heads and shoulders above. I have a hard time with the term overpriced - there is another nationwide charity which shall remain nameless - now that one is overpriced... not USA thrift.

This is where I got an original Laffin Spittin Man for three dollars. I keep it in a velvet-lined titanium suitcase handcuffed to my person at all times. Being next to a Wal-Mart and across from a budgetplex makes this stop part of a delightful cheapskate trifecta.

Just left here & while shopping employees hovered around 1 register talking abt someone MASTURBATING! The sign says USA FAMILY Store. Not very professional at all even if it is a 2nd hand store. There is a place & time for everything & this wasnt it.

This is a favorite with my son and granddaughter. Generally huge selections and the prices are fantastic. You may have to do a little digging, but you can always find gently used clothing that still has some life left in it.

Older clerk in the "name brand" section was rude. I asked about a pair of shoes that werent priced. She snatched them away, put them back and said she had 2 look them up first. Just lost a customer!

The kiddos and I love this thrift store. They have great prices & theres something for everybody in the store especially tons of toys, books & clothes. And they have daily deals :-)
