Justin always does a great job fixing my car. He is consistently able to make the necessary repairs at a fraction of the cost. Yes, as others have stated, sometimes used parts are utilized. However, they do use new ones when used ones wont do the job. For example, a local dealership explicitly told me to not have the dealership fix it as the part alone would run me $400, as their policy requires new parts. They told me to have someone else do it, someone with more flexibility to use cheaper parts. At CARS, I got exactly what was needed for a third what the dealership quoted me.

I dont even understand how someone could possibly leave C.A.R.S a bad review? Ive had by far the BEST experience with buying my 2006 Audi from Bill and his team. I was recommended to shop with them by my friend, Carol, who also had an amazing experience! Bill is the most genuine, honest and sweetest person I have EVER met in the car business, seriously! I HIGHLY recommend my friends and family to C.A.R.S. He truly cares about his business and what he puts out there for his customers. You will never shop another dealer again after going through Bill, I gaurentee it!

Ive taken my car here multiple times and have not been very impressed by the service or friendliness of the workers. Ive been mocked a lot for fixing things on my own and they have never been very helpful in fixing my car themselves. I have an Audi Quattro which they say they live and breathe but they couldnt seem to figure out some problems I was having and told me different answers at different visits. I was very excited to find someone to fix my car but they have tried to take advantage of me many times. I do not recommend this shop.

Very happy with the service. Not sure what other reviews are saying about unfriendly employees, all of the ones I have met on my multiple (5+) visits have been very friendly. Bill has also been extraordinarily good on pricing with me and always willing to help me when needed. Will be going back there for as long as I need parts.

Told me my car was crap and what he told me needed fixing is what he fixed last year. Proceeded to swear at me. Also another time he tried $60 for a used part that was less than $30 brand new. Not sure how theres business.
