Be VERY careful about leasing a car from here. Everything was all well and good until I returned the car. I leased all the way until the very last month, paid my last payment, and went in on TWO different occasions to get information about returning my vehicle, a 2011 Nissan Sentra. I spoke to 3 different people about how to avoid any charges when I returned the vehicle, since I knew I was purchasing at a different location (Nissan could not match my price range). I was told by ALL THREE PEOPLE that as long as I was not over my mileage, and the car was in good condition, that I would not owe anything at the end of the lease. The new dealership of purchase had offered to pay my last payment, and was willing to negotiate any other fees I would owe upon return. Of course, about a month later, I receive a bill for a $350 disposition fee. After 3 phone calls and two voicemails, I finally got financing to return my call, when she told me that it was in my lease, and there is nothing they can do. When I explained to her that I was told by several different people at the dealership that I would not owe anything, her response was "well Im surprised that your new dealership didnt offer to pay the fee when you bought your car." HOW COULD THEY OFFER TO PAY FOR SOMETHING I DIDNT KNOW I OWED? Employees lied to me, and the financing office backed them up. BE. CAREFUL.

My husband and I were in need of a vehicle before the year ends so we decided to look at several dealerships to see who would work with us and give us the best deal. We had a repossession last year and at the time, income that was insufficient which was hindering us from getting approved by banks. To make a long story short, Mike Betts at St. Charles Hyundai worked with me from 9am in the morning until 6pm getting us appoved. He went above and beyond to help us. He called us and told us that he got us approved and found a car that met our needs. I only had a slight clue what the car looked like but I knew I we would love it and we trusted him. It ended up beening an amazing 2008 Hyundai Sante Fe that our family love and in immaculate condition. To top it off, it had a reasonable interest and monthly payment. Wow! We were so amazed at the entire experience. The professionalism and kindness of everyone we came in contact put this companys customer service over the top. We bless God and thank Him for you all. We definitely recommend this company anyone.

i have to start with the sales man Ed wilson he did everything me and my wife asked of him he met our needs to get us the car we needed at the price and payment we wanted and when i had noticed a slight noise in the vehicle it was fixed at no charge the next day!!! i had a bad impression of all dealers until i opened my car door and Ed came up asking if i needed the keys for any car i wanted to see i knew what i wanted and he pointed the right direction and they had exactly what i wanted a great car for my family at a great price and my credit wasnt the best but the interest rate was still under 8% i just wanna thank st charles auto for hiring ed wilson he does a great job without trying to get you to buy something you dont need he listened was attentive and in the end he was still there smiling thanks Ed!!!! i look forward to buying more vehicles in the future from st charles auto

I went in to compare the 2010 Honda CR-V and the Hyundai Tuscon. The 2010 tuscon had just come out. I am a costco member and I am supposed to get the costco deal meaning that you only pay a slight more than the dealer invoice. I felt very pressured to buy and I kept saying I wasnt going to buy that day. Then we start talking about colors and again the salesman said well can I get you to put down a deposit and I said no. I decided that I would do an upgrade on the CR-V to the EX-L and being a nice person, I called the sales man to tell him I wasnt going with the tuscon. He called me back and said that "youre not really going to go with a different car are you". Finally, the 2010 tuscon is on the hyundai website and the number I was quoted was the MSRP, NOT the dealer price...thus they were trying to rip me off. Be very careful buying from the st. peters hyundai dealership.

I went car shopping and was originally looking at used cars. Mitch R. walked me through the lot and answered all questions I had. The test drives went well but nothing was really getting me excited. He listened to what I was looking for in a car and showed me some of the new models. He explained which ones would stay in my price range and which had all the details and extras I wanted. I left the next week with a brand new Nissan Altima and I LOVE IT!! Mitch was so helpful and I did not feel pressured at all. He just wanted to help me find the right car for me. My experience with all the staff was great and I would highly recommend adding this dealership to your list of places to visit during your car search.

I shopped around at several dealerships before making a decision with St. Charles Nissan! The service was unbelievable! My sales person was Jason Kresko and was outstanding! I would highly recommend him to anyone who is serious in purchasing a vehicle! Everyone in the office made me feel like part of the family while I was there! It wasnt your typical boring waiting area! I have also since returned for services on my car, and was pleasantly surprised that I received the same treatment from a member of the service team named Clint! He helped me over the phone and in person and I greatly appreciate his help and knowledge! Thank you St. Charles Nissan for making my car purchasing experience easy breezy!

Purchased a 2010 Jeep Liberty from Aaron Litton at St. Charles Nissan/Hyundai today! An "Exceptional Sales Experience" with Aaron, Salesman, Natan Mazari, Sales Manager & Jason Freed, Finance Manager. This is a "Quality Dealership" where you can feel that you will be treated fairly. This was my first & last stop today. I did visit two other dealerships but they only wanted to low ball the deal which is why I returned to St. Charles Nissan / Hyundai. Moral of this story when they offer you a deal, know it will be better than anyone else in the area, unless you have time to waist. When we need a vehicle in the future this will be our first stop!
