Nice selection of organic and cruelty-free products, but dislike the high prices and the snobby atmosphere. Despite bringing my own shopping bag, the cashier kept pressing me to buy one of their paper bags that goes toward some program I know nothing about. When I politely told her no three times, I got dirty looks from the cashier and shoppers alike. Made me feel uncomfortable. Not worth driving 20 minutes to purchase $8 cruelty-free eggs with my reusable shopping bag, just to be put down over 10 cents. Found a closer organic establishment with lower prices and friendlier staff. Havent went back to Whole Foods since.

Kudos to Rico. Hes the first of FOUR people I asked about a product who actually called me back. That includes the store manager who assured me he would call me back with the information about the Raincoast Crisps -- never heard back. I had asked to talk to the manager after two others didnt call me back. RICO did. He deserves a raise. Thank you, Rico! Because of you I will continue to shop at the Deerfield store! And you told me just now you would call back with more information. I believe you!

The Staff, at the Deerfield Store, is Top Notch. Derrick (Service Desk), Linda & Elizabeth (Cheese Department), William (Produce), Rachael (Cashier), Luke (Aisle Stocker), Melanie (Meat Department) are just a FEW to name as Four Star Staff. The Store Manager Linda runs a well stocked, well staffed and very clean Store. Well worth the visit for organic and non- organic goods.

Wow!!! Such a fabulous store to shop at!!! I love this location a lot!!!! Everyone here is always so happy, positive, and very helpful. I am always very satisfied when I am there. God bless everyone at this whole foods in Deerfield. Love all of you so much. If there was a million stars, I would hit it for real!!! Go WF in Deerfield!!! Keep swaggin!!! You got it!!!

It was around lunch time and my son was waiting for cheese pizza. The guy said it would be at least 20 minutes while he cooked a full pizza for one customer. I mean if you know the lunch crowd is coming, prepare the stuff before hand...also a lot of the customers were rude too.

Its a Whole Foods. High end food at high end prices. BUT the staff at this location make it worth it. Considering I only really shop here for specialty food for specific occasion its nice to have someone in the department that know their stuff and have yet to steer me wrong.

I was told this was one of the first Whole Foods in Chicagoland. You can tell. The store layout is wierd. Produce section is small. There definitely better layouts in the region. Service was typical. Overall good and efficient.

Love the service and the variety of organic foods here. The seafood section service is unreliable though. Sometimes willing to peel shrimp and filet fish. Other times a bit rude, hence 4 not 5 stars
