Every time weve ever gone to this party city the staff acts too busy to talk to you, and their overall demeanor is not friendly. I understand it is Saturday, the busiest day of the week, but to act like requesting an order for 5 balloons to be inflated like its the most ridiculous thing is beyond me. I guess I should have ordered ahead for 5 balloons. They also charged me $1.29 to inflate balloons I brought in myself. Balloons I purchased in a party pack from party city online. The $10 balloon I purchased today, they only inflated half way, it looks like a balloon thats a week old. Learned my lesson, I wont be giving party city any more of my business.

I didnt like anything about this store.. People were very rude, not just once, every time Ive gone in there. Last week was the last straw, snotty little attitudes....Ill find some where else to shop for my party needs!!!

I would go to party fortress in Tinley if you want to buy something. Terrible experience. I left a full cart of stuff and walk out. Employees are rude and not willing to help you. This wasnt the first time this happened.
