The general manager Matt Smorynski oh my gosh I could not believe how helpful and intentive this manager was to my needs or what I was looking for measuring make sure that I had the right supplies the right material. He also made sure that I was connected to the right Department after he got done helping me in the Milling Department he then walk me to the flooring department and he also made sure that the employee that helped me there as well her name was Amber was very inventive to make sure that I had what I needed and explained everything to me in detail thank you all so much for your help you made my transaction there at Menards so much easier faster less stress. Menards has always been my number one store please dont ever change!!

Excellent Menards, regardless of a previous review of the GM Matt that states he told you to take your business elsewhere- Impossible. Matt is one of the best General Managers that Menards has. Period. He is extremely attentive to every customer that walks in, this cannot be said of other locations. Another review states that the Crestwood location is "notorious" for having products with open caps..yes, so notorious that you failed to check your vinegar bottle before it spilled... Overall this location is one of the best around here.

The nicest people to deal with. The store managers, customer service all the employee are very knowledgeable, polite and ready to help. It is a pleasure to shop at Crestwood Menards. Certain departments within the store are WAY MORE better than others. The paint department and the gardening center are EXCEPTIONAL in their service. But the carpet department needs major work/retraining. Never enough staff to help you and if you ask a question, you will be ignored or just pointed in the direction without a word.

Went in to buy a rib rack for my grill. The only type they had in stock was pretty flimsy, and $15. Drip pans and wood chips also way too expensive. I ditched my cart and got a nice sturdy rib rack down the street at The Home Depot for only $10.

This Menards is notorious for caps being partially open. Today I had a whole gallon of vinegar that fell over in my trunk leak out. The cap seal was broken and cap was partially open. This has happened before with household cleaners.

Asked an employee if a product was available and he was virtually useless. This is rare though as many people here know just what they are doing and are very helpful. Overall a good experience to come here most of the time.

This is basically the only Menards I shop at. Coming here has always been a great shopping experience. They always have what I need and the staff is more than helpful. This Menards is clean and very spacious.

If you need any paint dont go to this menards. The dept. Manager is a total dick doesnt even talk to you just gives you youre paint in a rude manner and walks away so much for costumer service!
