Rulers is a warehouse style grocery store. They have low prices on everything. The selection is limited, so you wont find everything, but what you do find there is considerably less than other choices in the area. The store has wide aisles. Produce is also limited, but the basics are here. Milk, eggs, juice and other staples are very inexpensive. Bring your own bags to save a little more. You need a quarter to get a cart, but get the quarter back when you return it.

Just cant go ANYWHERE and get the prices they have here!! You just get a great selection, while paying a great price and if there is any way, ill do everything in my power to get one to the area of interest we are desperately striving to better both for our local community as well as economy as a whole in this area. Can buy a lot of items off your grocery list for MUCH cheaper than walnart. Can use a Kroger card and earn gas points.
