Went to target to purchase a blu-ray player. I am not familiar with these items so i asked a target electronics employee for assistance. I specifically asked him if a hdmi cable was include in the box and if so was it possibly 6 foot in length. He assured me that there was in fact one hdmi cable in the packaging but he was unsure of the length. Arrived home to assemble the newly purchased item to discover that there was no hdmi cable. Time is money...if this employee would have answered my question properly he could have made target a little more money (i was upset w/target i purchased my cables through walgreens) and saved me another 45 minutes.

The purpose of my shopping online with the Target Crestwood store pickup is because I am on my lunch hour when I go to pickup. My items were not ready when I went to picked them up and an item that was confirmed in stock on my order confirmation was cancelled by the store. The jacket was wadded up and put in the bag with sandals with buckles. Not the way to bag anything. I did not have time to check condition of these items, should the jacket have snags all will be going back.

This Target store has been slowly dropping in quality and cleanliness but makes up for it in customer service. Im guessing the holidays have been stressful for many employees but they do try and help you find what youre looking for. The convenience that other stores (not Target stores) are nearby makes for a great shopping experience. If you cant find it here theres 3 other stores nearby that might have it.

the store is ok it is one of the smaller stores but it still has a good selection. I no longer do my big shopping trips there because they have closed the resteraunt and I like to have a snack before I start a 2 hour weekly shop. Walmart has subway which is really nice and also has a great meatball sandwich. I hope the resteraunt isnt closing because thestore is closing. who knows?

Terrible Return experience. Understaffed and under trained cashiers at both the front registers and customer service. Finally, I asked for the manager who corrected the mistakes. A twenty minute shopping trip took an hour and a half. Never returning. Oak Lawns is so much more pleasant.

The Worst experience in my life! I gave them a star, but they deserve none! Dont get the credit card from Target, its a waist! The manager didnt even want to give us his name! Walked away, and all the workers, ignored us when we asked his name. Never going back to that store again!

Its a Target store that does have more helpful employees than usual. The lines arent totally crazy and the cashiers are friendly. I took 1 star away because the shelves are not stocked neatly. It was hard to find what I was looking for even when I was right in front of it.

Cvs pharmacy is in disorder, its 1 overweight female attendant has a attitude and offers up sarcasm in the first sentence. She said they dont sell a product that I found on my way out, refused to even attempt to help. Disgusting store, disgusting employees. Never again.
