I had a few bad experience at this location.. So I didnt want to go but its close to where I live... So The last time I went was Saturday August 6th note that is my Birthday. I went in there with my sister. We dealt with Kevin and from the start HE was very rude and disrespectful to us and he pretty much kicked us out and didnt do anything to help our situation. We ended up going to the sprint in crestwood (which I shouldve went from the start) they helped us and gave us different options due to our situation.. Please dont go to this sprint if I could switch companies I would but for now I have to deal with it but will not go there ANYMORE

Ive been going to this Sprint location for 4 years now. And even though, Ive moved out to Burr Ridge, I keep going back to this one. The crew there is always helpful and personable. No other location has given me the customer service and attention, Ive received there. If you have the pleasure, ask for Derrick or Alex. Theyve been there for years and are the pros and one way or another theyll get you setup with what you need.

I have been coming to this Sprint store for about 5 years and I always get the best customer service. Alex helped me out today with a small problem with my Facebook but he is so informative and knowledgeable. He let me know about all promotions and was one again very informative. Wouldnt go to any other Sprint store! Thank you Alex
