I recently upgraded my phone at Best Buy, which went smoothly without a problem. But I had to go to the Sprint Store in Crestwood to return my old device. So I explained to the employees that I recently upgraded and I was returning my old phone, so they said ok and offered me a store credit. Which I thought was a nice gesture...Moving forward to the next months bill: So apparently my Store Credit was not just a nice customer addon, that was my reimbursement...which I was never told when I returned the phone...especially since they looked up my account and saw that I had a new upgrade recently. So my bill had an extra $25 charge on it. I called Sprint Support (not the Store itself) and explained the situation. They asked me if/when I returned my old phone, I told them the date I went to the store. They said they didnt have a record of the return and that I needed to call the Sprint store...which is also ridiculous since that isnt MY responsibility if they mess up. So I spoke with the manager at the Sprint Store who informed me that I returned the phone for store credit and that that was my reimbursement...I told her the rep never explained that to me. She basically told me thats what happened and nothing could be done. She said I owed another $60 on my phone, I said that was ok, another bill or so and the total $60 would be paid off. However 3 months and $75 later I am still arguing with Sprint about this and Sprint Support STILL asks me when/if I returned my old phone. This store is ridiculous.

This is not an exaggeration in any way, shape, or form . Went to buy a phone here one time. The representative informed me that I have a 14 day grace period and can return the phone for a complete refund. The network was not working at all in my apartment and could not make simple phone calls or text messages. When I went to return it the same day, the same lady refused my refund and tried to charge me a restocking fee. After complaining about the situation, a large man whom seem to act more like a bouncer than a sales representative as he walked up to me, well beyond invading my personal pace, actually to the point where he slightly pushed me with a "Chest Bump" and ask if I had a problem very intimidatingly. I then went home and had to call management to get things settled.

I had shattered my iPhone 6 phone screen for the first time ever. That night I called sprint and they said I had insurance and to come in the next day to the store in crestwood and would recover a brand new phone free of charge. Today I went into the store and they then told me I had no insurance and if I wanted a new phone I would have to pay $200. I expressed my anger at the employer for I was told I would be getting a brand new phone but instead I would be paying out of pocket. They blankly stared at me and did nothing to make the situation right whatsoever. I am very displeased with the company and had it been up to be I would have dropped the phone company right there for making such a huge mistake. Utterly disappointed by the whole company.

Waited for 2 hours for a 5 minutes conversation with the store manager. My new phone came broken from an online order. Sprint told me to go to that store and get a brand new phone and have them return the broken one free of charge. Go to the store, they will not return it without paying $185. $150 for a broken phone even if it is no fault of my own and $35 restocking fee. Yet the customer in front of me was African American and taken care of very well--even getting free items (previous version of the VR gear). But they couldnt do what the SPRINT COMPANY is telling them to do? This is not an independent store, it was a corporate store!

This was my first experience with Sprint as I just switched from Verizon. My consultant, Autera, was fantastic. In less than an hour, she had me set up with a brand new Sprint account, transferred my number from Verizon, and had my new iPhone set up ready to go. She and her coworkers were professional and personable. I highly recommend using this location. I should also add I called in advance to make sure they had the phone I wanted and another consultant, Sercy, walked me through everything I would need to transfer over, she took my info and set me up for an appointment that evening.

Changed to Sprint and wasnt told that if you are changing from another service you have only 90 days to submit paperwork for refund. However, they are still willing to refund SOME of the money we had from previous supplier.
