These people make me want to work at a hardware store! There are four or five staffers I see on a regular basis and no matter who I ask for help or what the project, they always have a practical and helpful solution - from replacing the valve assembly in a toilet tank or the J-trap under a sink, to finding a part for my DIY lamp kit, to picking out stain for a closet door. Plus, theyre nice. Helpful and nice - not sure what else you could want.

Stopped in for the first time today and was extremely happy with the service & selection. The staff were all super friendly and knowledgeable, and the gentleman who assisted me also very kindly fast-tracked a knife sharpening for me. The next time I need something from a hardware store, I wouldnt hesitate to go back here!

The woman who I presume to be the owner was very judgmental toward what I was planning on building, and tried to get me to buy other materials. She ended my experience with an insult based on my appearance. Overall I had a very negative experience here, will never go back.
