Will never shop there again! Service was terrible, the guy in the back who fixed my screen didnt even acknowledge me. I had to ask him can he help me. I the went over to purchase paint for my home I believe the guy name was John he had little to No customer service skills, he acted as though he didnt want to wait on me. If I could I would have give this place a negative star!!!

I had called 4 other Ace Hardware Stores today. All I got was the run around. Called Evergreen Park Ace and Bam.... Got my question answered in about 30 seconds. Betty took care of me on the phone and also when I came in. Super friendly and very helpful. I will start giving my business to Evergreen Park Ave from now on. :)

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ! The guy that cut my broken car key was the best, other hardware stores wouldnt chance it and told me to go to a locksmith for help, on a Sunday... no way but the key cutter here jumped right into action and and did a damn good job. I believe his name is John. THANKS !

Great customer service keeps me coming back. Though the big box stores may have lower prices, Id rather get it here (within reason) because of their consistent dedication to answer questions & help you find things.
