If I could give this place NO STARS I would!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALER!! I REPEAT..DO NOT!!!! I should have known better!! It was a 08 GMC Acadia, beautiful, but little did I know all this was going to happen. The service was good or so I thought, they definitely tried to help me get approved with a finance department. Tony sure did lie to the finance department and told them I had initially paid more as a down payment just so I can get approved. I told him I didnt have that money and I would need some time to pay it off, he was okay with that he just mentioned to not tell the finance dept that when they call. Well within the first week of me buying the car with them the check engine light came on, the speakers popped, and one of the windows was not going down. I took the car back to them && they said they had "fixed it", that the check engine light was due to the gas cap, so they replaced it, they also "fixed" the window and the speakers. Few weeks later again it happened, they claimed that they did not and were not going to have a mechanic in the facility and that I was on my own. I called them yesterday and they told me Tony was no longer working with the company but for me to bring the car in and they would have it checked and see what they could do for me. I took the car back today, Mario told me that there was something they could do but that in order for it to work I would have to pay the remaining balance. I told him I could do payments but that the full amount was impossible for me to get. Little did I know all they were trying to do is reel me into their scheme. They tried to hold my car hostage and told me I was not going to get my car back until I paid the full amount!! I admit to causing a scene in there but what this dealership is doing is not right!!!! I called the police, the FTC & the BBB and filed a complaint. They ended up bringing my car to the front and gave me my car keys after they seen what I was doing. Do not buy any cars from here. they will do the most to get you to purchase one but dont fall for it. Check out various dealers before purchasing a car, dont fall in love with just one, because thats exactly what I did, look where it got me. OOOHHH &&& the way they were going to fix my car is by running the warranty as if my transmission was messed up and they were going to get the $ to "pay for it to get fixed" but in reality they were going to fix the speakers, the window, & the check engine light issue. WHAT A WAY TO RUN AN ILLEGAL BUSINESS ABAS!(thats the owners name)

If you cant identify whether a car has ever been in an accident, bring a certified mechanic with you, even if the car has a clean Carfax! I bought my car like 8 months ago and went back with within a week or so because the airbag sensor kept turning off when I had a passenger IN the seat, they said they didnt know why. A couple weeks ago ALL of my lights (transmission, emission, oil, airbag) started going off. Had my uncle look at it (who is a mechanic) who said it was CLEARLY EVIDENT the car had been in an accident from underneath the car, and had been welded back on that side, and it is that side that the problematic sensors are on. NOT A REPUTABLE PLACE TO BUY A CAR. If their mechanic CLEARLY looks at the car before they sell it, regardless of what the Carfax says in terms of REPORTED accidents, a business with integrity would tell you that its clearly been in an unreported accident.

I bought a 2005 Mazda 6 here from Juan. I was in a bad situation in life and was actually crying while buying a car. No one should ever take advantage of someone in that situation. They told me I was approved for a 4,000 dollar loan. Little did I know I was approved for more ( 8,000) and I bought this Mazda 6 thinking it was for 4000 but it turns out they actually put me down for 8000. I bought a 2005 Mazda 6 for 8000. Who does that to people. Not to mention its currently broken. It was driving to the left when we took the test drive and Juan ( the sales guy) told me it was because no one has driven it in a while. It turns out the axel is out of alignment so the car cant drive in a straight line. These are very dishonest people. After I bought the car they told me I needed a co signer. After it was already in my possession. Please go to anywhere else to buy a car. This place is a scam.

Worse car shopping experience ever went to the dealership on western just south of Irving and had a horrible experience still dont know the car salesmans name which should be part of his first step in greeting us. Ran credit on is without us going over any numbers which was absolutely rude and not how things should be done. Ive work in car sales for two years and Ive been in the sales industry for 5 years and if this guy worked for me he would being going through a lot of training if he wanted to learn how to make money the right way because customer service is key which he knew nothing about just overall bad experience from the moment I first asked him about the civic I wanted which he knew nothing about I wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone if this is the way all salesmen are there
