Finally, I can get my Asian-beauty goods in the Chicago-area without having to trek all the way to Mitsuwa, H-Mart, or Chinatown! Everything is so bright and clean in this tiny, but decently-stocked store. They have a wonderful selection of Korean skin products including COSRX, Klairs, and some lesser-known brands with popular items. They also have a lot of makeup (eyeliner, BB creams and cushions). They stock the Missha BB cushions and Holika Holika. Also, a bunch of sheet masks near the entrance! The staff are really nice and really helpful! The prices are a tad higher than you would find on Amazon, but completely reasonable since buying it there supports a small business AND my need for instant gratification.

This is my favorite place to shop for Korean cosmetics in the city. There is a great curation of products and the staff is knowledgeable about everything they sell. I especially love how friendly everyone is there. They frequently remember returning customers and recommend products based on your skin type/needs, but are not pushy. I have never left feeling that I was hard sold something (like how LUSH can make you feel sometimes). Choc Choc is easily accessable from the redline. Or, if you have a car there is usually plenty of street parking.

Since this store has a physical location, you can try the product in store before you actually commit. They also have a reward program so thats another excuse to spend money there. The owners are also really kind and knowledgable about the products they have in store. The aesthetic is also on point and they carry smaller brands that are creditable in Korea but can be harder to find in the U.S. I can just go on and on but basically, this place is my go to for skincare products.

The store is so clean and bright. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. They even have a comfortable seating area for any less enthusiastic parties you may have in tow. Im excited to hear they will be expanding their cosmetic offerings. Definitely a better experience than ebay or memebox.
