Honestly I ADORE lush products. I love visiting their locations because of their amazing staff but this location in particular is one I will not be going to anymore. I understand if it only happened once, Cus hey I work in sales too but THREE TIMES I have walked in & NOBODY ON THE FLOOR ASSISTS ME. Weird right? Its lush! But I am not kidding! I make full eye contact with them and they still wont say anything, I literally have to ask. And then someone else walks in and they like attack them. I am not trying to pull the race card but every time someone Caucasian walked in, while I was in the shop browsing, they go attend them. I have never experienced this at any lush store but it has happened THREE TIMES. I let it go the first time and even the second time, but this was too much. The only reason Im rating this two stars is bc Im a ride or die lushie. I wont give up on the brand bc of a judgmental staff. I never write reviews on anything but I felt like I had to for this location because I never felt more discriminated in my life. Other people may have had different experiences here from what I read, but for me it wasnt good at all.

I have a confession - Im a lush Addict. Whenever I go in here I feel like all the employees just want to pamper me and be my best friend - which of course they do because thats the best way to sell their product. But they all are really friendly people. I love to go in here and just smell everything. I dont care about trying the lotions, or getting a bath-bomb, I just want to Smell it all. I will swear by their 9x5 face cleanser, and their soaps are wonderful. I used to buy their shampoo bars, but Ive gone sulfate free and, unfortunately, they have not followed in my footsteps.

Going into this store is always a pleasant experience. The staff are cool and love to chat and demo products or give you a sample if youre not sure about something. Theyre great at picking things out and giving suggestions if you tell them what youre looking for. I have really curly hair that needs a lot of moisture and I love their conditioner American Cream, it makes my hair so soft and healthy. Definitely going back to see what else they have!

I have been underwhelmed by what Lush has to offer every time I walk in there. I keep hearing rave reviews from my friends about their products, but I havent found anything thats had an improvement on the quality of my skin. I love that they use "fresh," organic products, but that doesnt mean they will have stuff that will work with your skin. Maybe see if they have samples before you invest in their stuff.

Extremely professional staff that goes out of their way to make sure you satisfied to the most of their abilities! Very friendly and had a great answer for every question I had, which was tons. I knew nothing going in and left with all questions answrred a great experience!

Lush makes my favorite skin/bath care ever. Sales team are always willing to demo products for you! Must have Lush products include: Brazened Honey Face Mask, Big Shampoo, HSuan Wen Hua Hair Treatment, Buffy Body Butter and if you are up for splurging, Gorgeous Moisturizer

Love this place! If you dont like strong smells, dont go in. If you dont love sales people who are a little too talkative, dont go in. Otherwise, brace yourself for a smell experience with amazing bath products. A little on the more expensive side, but so worth it.

One of my favorite brands. The store is a small sized store and is located 5 mins away from the blue line station. The staff working there is pretty friendly. Loved the ambience in and around.
