Beware that when you order online, you CANNOT refund in the store. I bought camis in various colors online (because they have more sizes) with free shipping for Black Friday. I am a size 10 & the large was too small! When I went in to exchange them, they only had sizes XS-M in most colors. The cashier explained that anything purchased online is only valid for exchange (ha, that wouldve been nice to be able to do!) or store credit.

If youre a size 6 or 8 womans shoe, this store is perfect for you. Rarely did I find a like 9 or 10 which was disappointing. A non-existent sunglasses section. It was awkward getting a dressing room and the staff doesnt really go out of their way to greet you, smile, or be friendly. However, other staff members are very friendly and the highlight of my trip was when I sneezed and a worker said "Bless you." Lol.

I placed an order on November 20,2015. I paid extra for the quickest shipping ($26). I have tried to reach customer service numerous times, but they keep saying theyre closed on Sundays. (I havent called on a Sunday, because I knew that). I have sent out several emails trying to reach customer service and havent gotten a reply.

I went in looking for gifts for my granddaughters birthday. The staff were all so helpful and nice. I would recommend the store to anyone. The music could have been not as loud, but that was really the only thing I didnt care for. Their displays are so good and I had help from 2 of the staff. They were great!

this F21 has better merchandise than others ive been to, although small it delivers! the employees arent that helpful tho...its pretty packed at all times of the week...doesnt have many of the online items
