Horrible customer service when I went to exchange a broken necklace. In shock that because I didnt have my receipt from less than purchasing 5 days ago that they could not look up the piece for an exchange because they didnt have any more of the item I purchased in stock. The manager was on break at the time I went in to exchange the item. She couldnt even meet me in person to handle this case. Her associate was sent to deliver the message. What a joke.

Enjoy shopping at the Town Square Charming Charlie. The associates are very helpful and friendly. Love the selection of purses and clothes. Exchanges or returns have never been a problem. The managers have always done them with a smile! This is a great store with great people and selection. Wish they would change up the music in the store though. It always seems to be the same. Will continue to shop at this store!!!
