I was at the this location this Sunday 1/31/2016 and i was trying to make an exchange for a Christmas resent i received. i did not have the receipt however all of the tags were on the bag and it was in the original bag.One of the employees did not even took the time to let me know that they were able to look up the info of the person who purchased it. She just looked at the bag and said they did not even carry that bag any longer. I wish i could have gotten her name so that i could call their store manager for such poor customer service help. If this is one of their policy to exchange they should note that on the receipt. the fact that i did not have the receipt did not have anything to do with this product not being in store. I came back to speak to another girl which she helped me out to look up in the system. When the first girl noticed that i was speaking to this new girl. She discretely called the current girl helping me out and told her something. I find this very rude that she did this. I will go back to this store but it will be to let the manager or someone else above her position how i was treated.

I stopped in today and was virtually accosted by salespeople. I am not kidding when I say four different people approached me - one even asked me twice if I needed help. I made the mistake of actually taking a bag off the shelf to look at it closer and someone rushed over to point out an obvious feature. I was so turned off I actually left. I was very interested in a bag that I think was about $300 plus a discount of maybe 40% or so. Itll be a long time before I venture into that store again, though. Please tell your salespeople to give people some space - they need to learn to be observant and respectful. Us customers are not a bunch of morons, incapable of finding what we need - especially in a relatively tiny store with signs posted everywhere.

went to this store on Tuesday to buy a purse that I have had my eyes on. The store opened at 10, and at 10:30 the doors were still locked with employees inside just looking at me. I walked away to call and see if they did in fact open at 10, and was told that they opened at 10 and were open for the day. I was extremely disappointed since I had driven over a half hour to purchase a bag. They unfortunately lost my business to one of their competitors that day due to their unwillingness to even let a customer into the store. Always call ahead because I would not like for something like this to happen to anyone else.

I liked it ,I dont understand whats wrong with asking if they can help.Please let me explain its part of their job that they are required to do.I said no to help as I was just looking but in the end I saw something I thought I might like and the young lady that I said no to,I asked for help.She was very gracious in the end I made a purchase that I hunt planed on making.plus I love love love it.

One of the best womens shops, offers huge variety of bags, wallets, clothes, & shoes. crazy deals all year long. waiting time to entre the shop could be up to one hour (during black Friday day), and as low as couple of minutes during normal week days.
