Flora Gems is absolutely amazing.... I went in there to discuss Re-appointing some diamonds that I had and we worked & designed a sensationally stunning ring. It did not take a week or two, it took months and months ... They never seemed to get tired of seeing me (I think) and never showed anything but ultimate excitement every time I walked in the door. Their whole team worked with me and seemed determined and invested in seeing that the end result was perfect. I was nothing short of ecstatic with the end results. They honestly love what they do and theyre invested to insure that the end result is nothing less than what you, the potential buyer wants... I got to know these people on a more personal level and everyone of them are just darling. If youre thinking of buying a diamond or fine jewelry, having any work done on your fine jewelry, or have estate jewelry you dont know what to do with I suggest you go check them out youll like what you see. I also learned early on that their a family business and not a franchise. You will feel the difference as soon as you start talking to one of them. My now husband and I chose Flora Gems over the big box stores for so many reasons. Valerie was wonderful from the first time we walked in. We were using the diamond from my moms engagement ring, and one of the top reasons we chose Flora was because our personal diamond would never leave the store. The day we purchased my engagement ring setting, we dropped off the diamond and my engagement ring was done 3 hours later. And their warrant is the best out there, I stop and get my ring checked and cleaned often due to working in healthcare, its so nice to be able to pop in and get everything done without your ring being sent off. Same when it came to soldering my rings together, I dropped it off in the morning and it was done that afternoon. Its a great sense of security knowing your jewelry never leaves the store. Every associate in the store is absolutely great, Valerie, Anna, and Mark. We also bought my husbands band here as well and their selection for men is the best around. He found a tungsten carbide with a carbon fiber inlay which we had not seen before and he is very happy with it. I tell everyone that mentions a jewelry purchase to go to Flora.

Ive been in this store three times now and have never been let down. Every single person on hand is there and at the ready. I dropped a watch off with very short notice for an appraisal and had it back within 24 hours! Not only was it appraised for an extremely reasonable amount but the amount of attention I received from Mark made me really feel valued. He appraised a piece that I had bought elsewhere yet still treated me like a loyal customer and spent nearly 30 minutes of his (very busy) evening going over the watch and all of its highlights. I couldnt have been more pleased with their service and look forward to working with them in the future!

The service I received at Flora Gems this past week was beyond exceptional. Betsy went above and beyond to assist me in resizing me wedding set. I brought the ring in on Saturday and she called me on Tuesday to let me know that the ring was ready. She was also able to work with the service department to make the change without altering the appearance of my ring what-so-ever, which was a wonderful surprise. My ring was also glowing - you dont realize you dirty your ring is until its cleaned. Im so grateful to have found a jeweler in Champaign who we trust and love as much as our jeweler back home. I imagine like most guys I wanted to create something as beautiful and unique as my special lady and Flora helped make this dream a reality. The best in Champaign! They carry a variety of beautiful jewelry in all price ranges, including estate pieces, and Verragio. If they dont have what you want, they work with you to make it!! We designed an engagement ring and its absolutely perfect and gets compliments all the time. We loved our experience there. Couldnt have been better. Its nice to go into a jewelry store and not feel uncomfortable or pressure, but also actually have fun!! We worked mostly with Val and Anna and they were awesome, professional and genuinely cared. The best jewelry store in Champaign. Did I already say that?

I stopped in to Flora Gems in the first couple weeks of January looking for an engagement ring. Anna and I sat in her office for a couple minutes while I described what my Fiance was looking for. She walked out and grabbed a few options and I picked one out that worked the best. It was a simple, great experience. She did a great job of translating the nonsense that came out of my mouth into a great ring. Having a Jeweler on site makes a world of difference. Once the ring was set I had it resized within the matter of an hour, not weeks. And their renovated shop looks pretty great!

She was extremely helpful and patient toward us throughout the process, and was very willing to take the time to help us find exactly what we were wanting. Just got engaged to a wonderful guy who bought my ring which is absolutely stunning and hand carved from Flora Gems yesterday we went in to look at bands to match and Anna helped us pick out the perfect match Not only was Anna super helpful and knowledgeable but she was very patient and down to earth and willing to do extra work to find us exactly what we were looking for.
