Larry is a fine gentleman, and also quite no-nonsense, but in a good way. I took a vintage Seiko self-winding automatic watch to him for a refurb -- wasnt cheap, but its now just glorious. New crystal, complete redo of the movement (guaranteed one year) and a light polishing and spruce-up, for around $300.00, which is the right price for this kind of detailed watch work. ALSO -- he made a beautiful, custom anniversary band for our 20th. Another jeweler had attempted to make this band, and had matched the baguette diamonds, but did not match the gold band. It stuck out above the level of the other rings and didnt look right, since it didnt match the engagement ring and wedding band. Larry took it all apart, made a cast of the wedding band, duplicated it using the gold from the failed anniversary band attempt, and put it all back together. Its perfect -- now all three rings match perfectly, as they should have in the first place. It was a frustrating episode for us, but Im so happy Larry and Yaseen Jewelers had the skill to make it right! Shes very, very happy with her ring now. Great work all around, Larry! Thanks.
