Awful customer service. I came in to look at loose diamonds, because my current fiance and I were shopping around. My fiance was at work, so I figured I can go in to look, they pretty much turned me away, and I wasnt even wearing jeans/t-shirt or anything. I was wearing a nice sweater and long khaki pants. The person I talked to (he didnt even give me a name) told me that they were doing "inventory" on all their stones, so I couldnt see any of them, and to come back the next week. What a joke, to turn down a customer. I had better service from the security guards that opened the door for me and said "good afternoon" to me. My fiance ended up spending 10,000 on a loose stone elsewhere. Your loss.

I love, love, LOVE LeeBrants!! When I was pregnant with my first child I mentioned to my husband (guess Im subtle like that!) that I would like to have a piece of jewelry to remember the moment by. I said maybe a charm bracelet or something. Well, he went LeeBrant and presented me with the most beautiful bracelet...it is called a slide bracelet and it has little jewels on it. Its so much classier and elegant than a charm bracelet. I get compliments any time I wear it. I also love that they have items that work with just about any budget.

I bought my first piece of jewelry from Brant in 1991, it was the engagement ring that my wife still wears to this day. Because of the quality, service and honesty I received way back then, I continue to buy all of my jewelry from LeeBrant Jewelry! Just last month I took my fathers Rolex watch (it is 40 years old) to them to have it reconditioned as a surprise for my father. When I got it back it looked brand new. If you havent been to the new store, it is a must see.

Chuck is the artist over at Lee Brandt. He custom-made my fiancées engagement ring and wedding band. Theyre absolutely perfect. He crafted it just the way she had always imagined. Excellent Customer Service, AWESOME pricing, free ring cleanings - I will not shop anywhere else. I had a pair of pearl beads taken from a bracelet, strung as earrings for only $25. Love these guys!
