Ive been going to Edmond & Dawn for nearly 16 years. He made me some beautiful jewelry through the years including a charm bracelet that I absolutely treasure. He & Dawn are honest and reliable. If youre considering going to Naperville Jewelers dont hesitate for one minute - Edmond is an artist and will deliver what you want with a quick turn around. Edmond has worked on all of the my repairs, put safety on my tennis bracelet and re-sized multiple rings. He fixes every piece of jewelry I bring to him at a reasonable cost. Dont base your decision on going here on a one time account by someone that obviously didnt ask the right questions before-hand & then wants to blame someone. I read the review about the appraisal ...and youre opinion about what something should cost here - has no basis for what you "think" it should cost.

Wow... what a wonderful place! We had an awful experience with another jeweler who claimed to make "custom" work, but then when it wasnt what we wanted, refused to fix it or give us our money back. We came to Naperville Jewelers discouraged and doubtful that they would be able to fix anything. Were we ever surprised when Edmond told us he would use our already purchased diamond/metal and fix everything! Both he and Dawn listened to our concerns and helped us create the ring we had originally wanted. He did a WONDERFUL job and it is all done right on-site! This place is truly "a diamond in the rough" and we are so grateful... I would recommend them to anyone! :)

I cannot believe how badly these people (Dawn) ripped off my husband for an insurance appraisal. We brought in our wedding rings and one pair of diamond earrings and a diamond cross. I just saw on our bank statement what they charged for an appraisal. I figured at the very MOST, it would be $80-$100. This swine con-artist jewelry store charged my husband $375 to appraise 4 things!!!!! They will be hearing from me. I know what appraisals should cost and my husband didnt know any better! We will NEVER GIVE THEM OUR BUSINESS EVER AGAIN TO BUY, APPRAISE, SELL, and I will tell over 1,000 Facebook friends about this.

I had a great experience with Naperville Jewelers while getting my watch repaired. They did not have the part in stock but Edmond said he was going to be visiting his brothers shop that evening and would see if they happened to have the especially small pin that holds the watch band on. They did, he called me first thing in the morning to say my watch was fixed and only charged $5.00 for the part. Great Job Naperville Jewelers, that is the way to win customers for life. Thank you,

Just called this place for a estimate on leaving a diamond and having it set by them and halfway though the man who sounds like borat was very polite in saying "thank you very much" and hung on me, while I wanted to just address my concerns with the safety of my diamond, as it is a heirloom piece and a fairly large diamond. Im sure theyre nice in person, but if you cant take the time to address a customers questions on the phone, why would I want to come in.

Dawn and Edmond did an excellent job! I came in looking for a custom made two diamond ring that looked like one I found on Blue Nile. Dawn helped me select the perfect stones that were similar in size and quality and Edmond crafted a beautiful version of the picture I brought in. The turnaround was exactly one week and Dawn kept me informed of the progress being made. My wife loved her ring and we will now come to them for all of our jewelry needs!

I wanted to have my wedding ring combined with a ring of my mothers. Dawn was amazing at helping me pick out a beautiful setting and then Edmund did his magic. The ring was even more beautiful than I expected and it was 1/3 of the price other places had quoted me. He had it completed in a week! I would highly recommend!!!

I got the best service Ive had in a long time , during a time when customer service means nothing. It was so reasonable. She even took a look at some old watches we found after my mother passed, and was very honest. Dont know why Mom kept them but they were hers so. My new favorite place!
