I visited for the first time a few weeks ago and was very impressed with their inventory and helpful staff. Prices appears to be very good. Ive turned in my Rolex for a tune up after almost 10 years and the pricing on that was very good, actually cheaper then I expected after looking around for this service. Follow up was great.

I would not take my jewelry anywhere else for repairs. If looking for something special tbis is where I would go. We moved out west from IL and I waited til we traveled back tbe 1600 miles to have them repair my parents wedding bands. Staff is ALWAYS helpful, friendly and honest. Cannot go wrong with this place.

My wife took her ring here to be tightened and they didnt fix it the first time. She brought it back and complained, when they finally fixed it they charged additional money for something that should have been done right in the first place. They were nice but we wont be going back
