Came in Saturday at 2:00pm Snellville , Ga Party of 10.. Wait time told 40 min which was expected but real wait time was 1 hour 10 mins.... My dad set up my mom turning 79 birthday party there , and she dont get out much and was very excited, so had no choice to wait Hostess not very nice, you would think after 50 mins she would let you know there a problem and going to be longer! Wasnt very friendly when asked " how long" We had 2 waiters, Andrew and Justin, One took care of 5 of us one side and the other 5 side. Had to ask three times for "extra napkins", and continuously for refill drinks. Ordering went well but food came out wrong , missing items , no bacon when it was ordered, and my order was not even gave to kitchen, I got something I didnt order I was told no worries just eat what we served you but you will be charged what you originally ordered But I was charged for both! Big ordeal to have that corrected! Tables set up way to close to other customers cause my friend on end of table got hit twice back of head with tray. Then it was check time! Ug!!! Explained several times who on whos check and then you guessed it, ALL wrong !!! So looks like with a big party they should take orders differently than you would with small parties, ask how to split checks at the beginning and dont give the boys MORE tables to wait on!! 10 people is like equivalent to 5 tables!! Most of us drove about 40 mins away so our 3 HOUR experience at this store was enough, we ended up taking moms cake and presents back to the car and changed plans to her house, we were all so ready to get out of there..... We wont be back , drive not worth it, dad just wanted to try it out since new, we will keep having parties closer to home ,

I was kind of disappointed with this Cracker Barrel, and maybe theyll get better since theyre new but the food was very sub-par. As a party of 5 we were seated pretty fast, though since the table was meant for 4 they had one of us sit at the end of the table and their was very little elbow and plate room. The waitress seemed nice, but she was rarely around and it would take a minimum of 5 minutes for her to get us anything, such as the butter and jam for the biscuits she brought to the table. Some of the food was fine, but others werent great. The salad was starting to wilt and the grilled chicken tenders were pretty sad looking for $10. They were also definitely frozen store brand. The fresh fruit bowl consisted of 5 pieces of frozen fruit, 2 of which were just a half a piece of strawberry. Several of the home-style fries were gritty in texture like they could have been cooked longer. In the store section of the restaurant, 2 of the female employees were just chatting around with each other, failing to ever acknowledge the customers. They would move further into a different corner of the store if they say that a customer was getting near them. So, although I personally didnt need any assistance, their behavior was quite unprofessional.

Arrived with a party of 14, had a 55 minute wait time (which was expected). Once we got seated, we had 2 servers and they took our order. The servers could not answer the questions we had about the menu. When the food started coming out, they had most everything wrong. They put peach syrup on one persons french toast instead of the blueberry topping she ordered, they had mine and a few other peoples side items wrong, and they didnt have one persons food out until everyone else was finished with their meal. The server also had a sarcastic, degrading tone with us the whole time (i.e. we asked for syrup for one persons french toast and she brought about 10 jars and said "Hope that will be enough for you". There is a huge lack of communication at this restaurant. Their servers arent trained. We will not be returning.

I am an ex employee there and I can tell you why food is cold and late. The management didnt train anybody in all the stations. The managers dont even know how to do and fix some things. I ended up getting 2nd degree burns at he work place. It took them 2 days to make s report and send me to see s doctor. Not to mention that I worked and 8hr shift with those burns. After this my hours got cut and I got fired for not setting a timer on a fryer, even though I was back 10 second later to press the button. This employer doesnt even give us breaks and also makes us pay for our food. I have worked and so many restaurant, and as long a you are working. You can get a free meal and a soda/tea. I feel sorry for my co workers that are being cheated on and over worked for the lack of cooks and experienced cooks.

Ive been here twice since they opened in March and this Cracker Barrel doesnt deserve any stars because of how poor the service is. the first time we went, they brought out the wrong order. twice. they told us they would take it off our bill, but they charger us for both meals that we didnt want. so strike one. the next time we went, we waited quite a bit for someone to wait on us. the food was poor this time around. we asked for gravy on our chicken fried steak, and they didnt bring us any. the manager was zero help when we complained to him, so we left. I dont know what it is with the restaurants in snellville, but they end up doing poorly. not sure if ill go back to this one. im better off going to the one in Buford. at least the service and the food quality is better there.

The managers are never to be found I watch my co-workers daughter who was a sever get assulted and management did nothing I feel so bad for the girl. Food was cold as usual, my co-workes daughter was also fired because a customer lied and complained to a female manager and she was sent home I will never eat or support this place I also feel bad for African American employees here Ive been told by many of the black employees That they have been noticing a lot of their co-workers who are of color have been fired for false accusations or by little human mistakes. This place upsets me they need new management the staff is ver nice but its a no for me.

The service was awful. My family of 5 was there for dinner on a Saturday night. The waiter failed to put my order in so when food came out for my family, I did not have any. They then attempted to put my order in and brought me food that I did not order. My husband did not get his salad until he was done with dinner, his potato was wrong and no one received their biscuit or cornbread that came with their meal. I never ate and the manager asked if my son needed a to go box and we said yes..we sat there and waited another 15 minutes for the to go box that never came so we just left. We will NEVER go back
