Do NOT visit this restaurant. Regrettably, this was the worst experience Ive ever had at a Cracker Barrel. The food (chicken fried chicken) was absolutely terrible and appeared as though it was cooked in a microwave. When bringing this to the attention of the cook - I had him come out to my table and explain how he prepared and cooked it - he assured me that it was fried. Im positive that is definitely impossible since it was not moist or wet with oil/grease at all. Instead, the chicken was completely tough and chewy, and it would not pull apart - even "with the grain". Sadly, I called the corporate number printed on my receipt and stated that I would like a call back from the regional manager to discuss further. I have given them over a month to call me back and they still have not. Overall, their management is terrible.

We were driving from Atlanta back home to upstate SC and decided to stop for some food. The portions are much smaller at this location than at my local CB. They were out of cornbread. They were obviously out of steamed broccoli as well because my broccoli tasted and looked like it had been picked out of the mixed vegetables. It was covered in tiny carrot pieces and tasted like every vegetable except broccoli. When we went to pay, there were 2 lines but the cashiers directed us to form one line which put us way at the back. Then they proceeded to help people who formed a new line instead helping g the Pele that were made to move. Bottom line, Im glad I dont live here and have to eat at this CB. Ick.

My wife and I have been going to this Cracker Barrel location about once a week for several years. Recently we have noticed both the food and service diminish. On our most recent visit we waited for 45 minutes after placing our order to receive our food. When I asked our waiter about the long wait his reply was” I am waiting on your salad”, with no apology. Five minutes later a waitress delivered salads to a table next to ours who had arrived about ten minutes earlier. We proceeded to the cash register to pay for the ice tea we had received and looked for another place to spend our money. We will not return.

I was visiting the CB on celebration in Suwanee. The hostess said that this was "eat with your hands day" because the table had no silverware but she would bring some back. After waiting for 15 minutes the waitress showed up and took our order. Still no silverware. Because our waitress had dissappeared my husband approached the hostess to let her know that we still did not have silverware. Five minutes later, while rushing by she(the hostess) slung the silverware on the table and walked off. Why!!! When this location shuts down due to poor customer service theyll only have themselves to blame

Ordered takeout to be picked up in 30mins. Got there in time for pickup but then was told my cashier to wait 10 more mins and someone will bring it out. Waited 10mins no food was brought out. Asked another cashier whats the hold up,she checked on food and it was already prepared but sitting in the back kitchen. If I never would have asked about NY good being brought to me,how long would it have just sat back there? Mind you it was a weekday and it was just one breakfast plate.

Crackle Barrer food is always good. However, customer experience is almost as, if not more important than taste. The manager is extremely rude and disrespectful, the waitresses for the most part are ok but lacking customer service skills. The utensils and plates are dirty. Wont be setting foot on this location ever again unless they get properly trained management so everything else can follow. Poor managers can run a good restaurant to the ground.

I wont be back to this location. Service was terrible. Every table that during had poor experiences as well. Items forgotten, not input correctly, and even simple things like bringing silverware. Food was ok thats why it gets 2 stars but service so poor Ill definitely travel elsewhere if I get the taste for Cracker Barrel. Didnt even bother complaining to management because its already too many things wrong. Felt bad for my fellow guests.

First time coming to this Cracker Barrel and the employees do not know what professionalism is. The two waitresses at the serving table were being immature and the waitress supervisor did not acknowledge us, was being rude and let alone didnt smile but turned around and smiled and talked to other customers. Waitress didnt get a tip and Im no longer coming here due to poor service.

Stopped by this location by myself for dinner while traveling on business. The manager spotted me waiting for server and was glad to handle my order himself. Great service! Chicken and dumplings were warm and tender, really hit the spot. Only complaint were my biscuits were a little stale. Otherwise, Cracker Barrell is always a great option for affordable and tasty comfort food.

Good food but the service was lacking, bad. No refill, asked for onion and got the ass end thats unediable. The worst part was they were not that busy. Pick it up cracker barrel. Oh and the back rv bus parking was taken up by 3 cars and a normal sized truck. Thats 4 out of 6 spots. They were still there when we left so Im assuming they are employees vehicles.

Staff are friendly, the standard of the store is very high in everything (presentation and cleanliness) EXCEPT food. For one bad experience, I dont write a review. For more than 3, yes I get the quill and ink out. Part-orders, over and undercooked food, cold food, and... no apologies. I think thats the last time we use this one... Make your way to Norcross

The food was cold and they brought the wrong vegetables . The server couldnf best a thing we asked for in a reasonable amount of time. We had to ask other servers to fill our drinks and get us cream for coffee. One of my friends was burned with coffee when it was poured. I could go on and on but todays visit was absolutely horrible.

Had a great server, they were crowded but she was very attentive while juggling all she had going on. She was fast, food was delicious, staff very friendly and professional. Im not real big into crowds but as a Saturday breakfast option its one of my favorites and you dont notice the heavy traffic flow of people.

Its a decent Cracker Barrel. Although I have to say Ive had better food at other ones. The staff is semi-courteous. I gave them 3 stars instead of 4 because the other day, they seated me. I sat there for 10 minutes without a server even acknowledging the fact that I was there. Finally got up and left.

Managed well. In keeping with this companys rich tradition of ensuring a friendly staff. Food items are properly forecast so they do not run out or staple items (i.e. meatloaf, pot roast, etc.) that some other nearby locations tend to run out of before the end of dinner rush.

We always enjoy going to Cracker Barrel.the ham slice was a little thinly cut, but tasted good. Chicken livers were a bit overcooked all the rest was good. Waitress was very nice and questioned if we needed anything when she went passed us. Very sweet girl named Mo...?
