Wow...too bad this is one of the only places that does monograms because the customer service here is not the best. A simple requests takes a week but they call you 24 hours later and when inquiring, we were told "we tell all customers that it takes a week." We wanted to order more but the time was a big factor in not ordering additional items. If this is how customers are treated, no thank you because we can absolutely take our business elsewhere of which we have...same product for less money.

I visited the McDonough store this past winter and swore I would never go back because they were so rude! But today I decided to stop at the Locust Grove location and the ladies were so nice and helpful! Will definitely be back! Keep up the great work!
