Got right in and was seated despite having a large party of 8. It was a 45 min wait down the road at Berea where they took our names or we thought they did since they asked how to spell it but alas they didnt so we were happy to see we could get seated at the London, Kentucky location. Service was friendly and our order was taken. We asked for kids menus which came promptly also. Our biscuits and cornbread came out nice and hot. We had no silverware. A staff person clearing the table behind us took great care in what she was doing but never looked up once. We put butter on our biscuits by squeezing the containers and using our fingers. A while later our food came out. Still no silverware despite asking again. The server spoke to two other tables and walked by us twice. We stopped her and asked as it had been a good five minutes and we were still missing a few side items. She said they were rolling them in the back. Ha in worked in the restaurant industry before, I can say this was way too long a wait. I am patient t as I know many things are often out of the servers control. However, I do know from what I seen there was less than a smooth coordination of how things were going the day we went. We also had no manager stop by despite being there longer than any other Cracker Barrel visit. That was sort of surprising. The food was good otherwise and missing items brought promptly. (we were told the broccoli was in the microwave is is also sort of a no no). While staff meant well, please do not serve food without noticing if silverware is on the table to prevent customers from feeling neglected. Its sort of cruel to put food in front of kids with no way to cut it or eat it. It also cools way down by the time you get the silverware which is also bad for business for adults involved.

As always it was a comforting and Homestyle environment we enjoyed the southern hospitality our server Trevor Denny was absolutely amazing he actually got a chance to sit down and have an actual conversation with us not just the usual "Hi how are you, hows the weather?" Where do we asked mr. Denny about his opinion about what would be a good dish to select for dinner we actually got an honest opinion not a salesperson trying to sell the special of the night we never once had to ask for refills or extra biscuits, jelly, butter, or anything our food arrived in a timely manner and it was on point there was not one thing wrong with our order when it came time for us to leave mr. Denny graciously boxed up our food and make sure we had everything and anything even better is to go drinks without us even having to ask. Going forward I will continue to request mr. Denny has my server as I enjoy his southern hospitality and his service towards his customers

Worst Cracker Barrel Ive ever been to!! Food was terrible. Coffee was lukewarm. I specifically ordered scrambled eggs because I wanted to make sure they werent raw inside... But what I got looked like an accidental "almost omelet" that they sent out anyway, and STILL runny and raw!! My hash browns were ice cold. I hated to send it back because it took forever to get it... But I couldnt eat it either. After three servers asked me exactly what was wrong with it ( one of them asked twice and another also asked my husband while I was in the ladies room!) they finally understood?! Wow... They brought me out another plate, which was cooked and warm, but greasy as the day is long.... I think they just threw it back on the griddle and chopped it up. Absolutely horrible. I suffered abdominal distress the rest of the day. My best advice: avoid this place at all cost!!!

I love crackle barrel but this stop was disappointing. Our sever was new? Had to remind him about several requests, maybe itd been better with Brads wife? All kidding aside, the food came out and my meatloaf was dry and plates too hot like they had sat under heat lamp. We ordered a parfait for my daughter and it was not until food was served that they informed us they didnt have any. My sons gravy with biscuits and gravy looked and tasted old. Coffee was good at least. $60 for an unfortunate experience.

Just like any other Cracker Barrels... great pan cakes! Service provided by kind staff and waitresses were great as well. Only down side that I experience was (and this could well be a personal preference thing...) that my scrambled eggs were a little too dry. Overall, I was satisfied.

I ordered biscuits and Gravy which took a really long time to get. The Gravy had skin on it from sitting under the heat lamp so long and it literally taste like flour n milk with a little pepper in it. It was so gross Im outside writing this because I lost my appetite. Never again!

Hands down....the worst of any cracker barrels Ive eaten at! Have given them several chances and no matter breakfast, lunch, dinner their food comes out Cold and pre-made several hours old. We have sworn off on this one so dont waste your hard earned money here.

Went here while visiting family and was told I had to try a Cracker Barrel at least once. Absolutely loved the food and service we received. The merchandise for sale was also nice. Had I not been trying to travel light I would have purchased a few items.

You know what you getting when youre coming to Cracker Barrel. It makes it a great stop on a vacation travel. Its always consistent, friendly, and the food is good and well priced. We had great service here, very friendly.
