I started going to Simple Strands a few months ago and I love it! The atmosphere is very calm and welcoming. I have purchased several things there and find each and every thing of quality and more than worth the cost! I have not been able to socialize on Saturdays as much as I would like, but am going to make an effort to go more in the future. However, the people I have met there have been lovely. I appreciate being able to go to a store that has such a welcoming environment and I think Elaine is wonderful. She is always there to help and provide any information you may need. She is very aware of her customers and makes them all feel like friends. No matter where you come from or what you believe, Simple Strands is a shop you shouldnt miss!!

My fiance and I discovered Simple Strands almost a year ago, and we have been delighted with the place ever since. The shop provides a warm, accepting environment for people from every walk of life. The selection of statues, gifts, incenses, herbs, candles, and books is wide and varied and one can always find something to tinker with. The owner and proprietor of Simple Strands is a warm, knowledgable lady who always strives to keep her customers happy and in-the-know. On weekends, She hosts a meet-and-greet for anyone who is interested, providing a warm and safe environment for people to come and socialize. I recommend this store to all of my friends and would recommend it to complete strangers. It is a wonderful little shop!

Simple Strands has allowed myself to be more in touch with my beliefs. I have only visited twice but each time the owner remembers me and engages me in items she thinks I will be interested in and is willing to assist me in any way. It is very personal, even the first time I went in the store, she stopped what she was doing to come over and talk to me. She runs a very classy and appealing store, I live about an hour away so I try to visit the store monthly because it is worth it! All I can say is that yes she does treat her friends well, because she considers us ALL her friends! The store is a place that witches, mothers, Christians and gypsies flock to for a chance to see "where fairies fly and dragons dwell".

This is a wonderful establishment with a calming and peaceful energy, and the owner is absolutely delightful. This store abounds with crystals, incense, books, jewelry, statuary and many other treasures. The owner is knowledgeable, helpful, funny and pleasant. The store is always clean and, because of all the incense, smells wonderful. I have visited this business countless times over the last several years, and I have always had very positive experiences. Honestly, I have made my way to the store after a stressful day just to help shed some of the nasty energy collected in the mundane world, and to soak up some of the simply good energy felt when entering this store... and to buy new goodies!

I have been shopping at Simple Strands for a few years now and there are always new and interesting things in the store every time I go. The ambience of the store is wonderful and made all the better by the energy and enthusiasm of the owner. Shes helpful with information and always strives to give the lowest prices she can on the things purchased from her store while still providing quality goods. Always doing her best to facilitate people new to the store and new to "this stuff" by putting them in contact with people who can answer their questions when she herself cannot. All in all its a wonderful store and a wonderful experience!

My first trip to Simple Strands was a bit unnerving as Im not out of the broom closet, but from the very beginning Ive always felt at home and as if Im a very valued customer. The Olde Lady is extremely friendly and helpful, whether just chatting up the breeze or giving advice on merchandise selection. My mother even went in one day to look for something for my birthday and with her help she managed to choose great items for me. Its now been two years since my first trip and Im just as satisfied as I was the first day. Just make sure to come with a strict budget, or else youll leave with an empty wallet!

This is my favorite new age store I have ever been to. The selection is great and there are often new items. I am especially interested in chakra work and there is always different items relating to such. The book selection is wonderful as well, its good to go in and browse but you will be tempted to spend more money than you planned! The owner is lovely, a very kind women who has incredible intuition. She always seems to know something about you. The crystals are appropriately priced and there is a large selection. Overall an awesome store!

I have been a customer of Simple Strands for years now and I love going there. The owner is friendly and knowledgeable and always available to help customers find just what they need. The first time I walked in the store I was treated like a friend, and that has not changed. Anything I need, from supplies to gifts, I can find there, and everything is of good quality. As another reviewer said, go in with a budget and stick to it, because you will be tempted by all the lovely things. And, where else will you be greeted by a Gargoyle!

I really didnt start to go in to Simple Strands until a couple of years ago after being in need of a little gift for a good friend. I was not only surprised by how amazing and friendly the owner was, but also how helpful she was with trying to help me find exactly what I was looking for, even if it meant ordering it for me. Since then I have had nothing but good experiences here, I would recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat. This is an amazing store run by amazing people! Go check it out!

Ive been to quite a few different stores of similar contents and this is by far the best ive visited! Not only is the store gorgeous and filled with lots of different items to see but the store owner is so so sweet and helpful! I always end up asking tons of questions and to see many different things and shes always so patient with me and helps me out. None of the other places ive been to has ever had customer service as great as this nor has been so helpful and welcoming
