Overcharged and Confused...It was my first time visiting this particular UPS Store. I had two 8x10 envelopes that needed first class postage. I gave my items to the rep who weighed them and placed postage of $1.19 for each. I was about to pay when he told me my charge was $4.80. Confused, I said but the postage is $1.19 each? He then pulls our a piece of laminated paper to show me the "retail price" of my $1.19 postage is actually $2.40. WTF?? This was not express or priority, just first class mail. Still confused, I pay and ask where should I put the mail? He sends me outside to the US Post Office two doors down to the blue boxes on the sidewalk. Needless to say, I will NEVER patronize this business ever again. Ive had a few moments to think about this experience again. I realized I should probable give this store 10 stars because for a mere $2.40 extra added to my postage, I learned a very valuable lesson. Ill save $100s of dollars not posting with this store in the future.

The employees are extremely helpful and friendly. Only had been in there a handful of times before they started remembering my name too. Would highly recommend this store. My only complaint is that I used UPS My Choice to send a package to this store to pick up, and I got the notification that it had arrived. But when I got there they couldnt find it and it had mistakenly been sent back out on the truck. A bit frustrating because it was a Friday so it wouldnt arrive again until Monday. However the employees apologized profusely and even gave me a call on Monday when it got in. Overall, very good service, just need to make sure the employees know how to properly handle package arrivals.

Called and verified that they could print on my paper (which was a heavy cardstock). They said they could. Called again and verified they could do it in the time crunch I needed them in, they verified they could. I went in and they not only didnt understand how to print on the machine, they said "weve been having trouble with it lately". If the person who handles the machines isnt in, and your machine has had trouble, simply say "We can do it, but not right now."

BEST UPS store ever!!! Highly recommended, friendly and efficient employees, good customer service, and very personable and professional. They will make you feel like youre the top priority when you come in and will do their best to make sure you walk out with a smile on your face and like youve accomplished your task for the day. We have new equipment for copying, excellent resources for all your printing needs, and will do everything we can to serve you for shipping, mailboxes, faxing, notaries, and other business services. Please stop in to see us -- and we dont charge for tape.

Best UPS store in Atlanta bar none, always have a great experience in there, I shipped out a ring to my daughter for her birthday, came in almost two weeks later and the first thing they said to me was hi there, did your daughter like the ring, I was floored. Thats customer service at its best to me.

This is the BEST UPS Store in Sandy Springs and probably the entire Atlanta area. The owner is a gentleman of the first order and all his employees follow suit. As Ive always said, everything in a business flows from the top down. Everyone is knowledgeable and very polite.

$1 for tape is fine! If everyone that walked in the store needed to tape a box up, how much money do you think they would lose taping up boxes for free?! Especially large boxes! UPS stores are great for people who need help running a business

I dont know about other posted review but I was in there 4/14 roughly around 10:29 I walked in the door and got greeted by a super nice gentleman I didnt know his name but he was tall and 5 oclock beard shadow with the hat and eye glasses
