Love this place! It has practically everything you need to gear up and get active. Informative and friendly staff always around, but give you room to breathe and browse. I head here to plan all my adventures to the great outdoors here. I take classes and workshops and collect checklists for everything I need until I check out the cost of the gear. Then I revise my plans to a day hike at the nearest state park or an intense viewing session of NatGeo programs! Live for the sales though. When they happen, they are awesome! 50% off, why yes, I do believe Ill buy these.

The associates of this store do not know the definition of customer service. Had a bike tire tub replaced a week ago and now it was flat with no signs of puncture. Took to eh bike shop to have them replace the tub AGAIN. The bike technician gave me crap about replacing the faulty tube. Had to get the manager involved and the bike tech still acted like he knew nothing about customer service. From now on I will take my bike to Decatur Bikes for service. I will never purchase anything again from this store.

I injured my foot recently, which has caused constant pain in the arch and palm of my right foot. I have gone to 2 doctors and 3 other specialty shoe stores with no luck. Zack let me try on just about every shoe at REI and his first option happened to be one of the least painful shoes Ive ever worn (Altra Superior 2.0 Trail-Running Shoe). The shoe has amazing support and I wish I knew about them sooner. Zach you are awesome!

The employees here are on target! They are willing to help and great at multitasking customer questions in the backpacking section. Much thanks to Gene and Dawn who helped my husband and I get fitted for backpacks. We learned a lot about what to look for in a pack and lots of other good bits of information for the trail.

This is a great company that your loyalty as a customer pays off in an annual dividend with the membership card. Im very pleased with the products, the warranty replacement options offered and professional advice given. This location is subject to change hours , to close during posted hours based on managers disgression.

Decent selection of outdoor gear and accessories. I do wish it had more selection in some areas such as shoes, boots and bicycles but I realize they are limited by size of the store and contracts. Friendly and helpful staff and good return policy make this a good stop for any outdoor adventure needs.

I love to shop and visit REI although they are not always the least expensive they normally are very knowledgeable. They have all types of equipment but what I love is the access to the trips that are categorized by skill and fitness levels. Some of these trips you can win just by being a member.

Pretty big REI store with a great selection if you like to hike, bike, climb, or go caving! Being a true country girl this store just speaks to me. The guys on the payroll are really good at helping and recommending things without the pushy sales pitches.

Great sporting goods store. Focused on the outdoors. Hiking, canoeing, biking, camping, etc gear. This place has a great return policy. They will take it back fill refund. Even if over a year has pasted. There store brands are good quality too.

This is the best REI store. Went to the garage sale around noon and was expecting all the good stuff to be gone. I was so wrong. Got around $500 of quality gear for like $200. Minor issues that were easy to fix or work around.

The location is a bit iffy during rush hours due to the traffic. With that said, the staff here is wonderful. They are all very nice and welcoming if you have any questions. The pricing is your standard REI structure.

This is just a perfect place for me. I don’t know anything about bikes and I am starting to like them. The people that work in here gave me some advice and I got the best bike that is suitable to me and my money.

This was a walk from the MARTA station. They have the usual items at all REI stores. I like the Ex Officio underwear but I am not sure what soap to wash it in. I like the carabiners and mini tents.

Very knowledgable and friendly staff. Great selection of assorted gear. Cannot emphasize the friendliness of staff enough, all were very helpful and obviously passionate about their departments.

I stopped in here to get poison ivy relief cream. Kinda an odd thing to buy here but not really. They have a wide selection of products you would use outdoors and was happy I was able to buy this

REI flagship store - tons of selection, very good staff. Perhaps an odd location, being hours away from mountains/anything natural. Classes are worth it - make time to get there.

This is one of the bigger rei stores Ive been to. Very helpful staff, which is the norm. I recently came here for my first rei garage sale, and it was complete calamity.

Needed a size 6 1/2 - 7 merrel sneaker. Not only did they not have my size, the moron brought out a 7 1/2 and asked if that would work. No selection and stupid people.
