Manager Bo really wasnt management friendly. As, I inquired about a service fee that would have been waived if I called or went to Sprint online, I told manager about a new service Sprint apparently have which is to order products online and pick up at store, in this case it would have been another store. I wanted to know if they would honor the same waived fee. Well, the manager Bo proceeded to tell me why didnt I just go to that store and why did I come there. Interesting, well that is exactly what I did. They will NEVER get my business and money at a store whose manager sucks and lack customer service. How did he become a manager??? Nice employees but unfortunately, manager didnt care that his employer lost her sale as I wasnt going to buy the phone today but the salesperson actually talked me into it. Well, because of this manager, this store lost a customer as well as others because I will share the knowledge to please find another Sprint store since the manager SUCKS!!

Most ghetto unprofessional sprint store Ive ever been in. Standing in line 30 minutes while this rep talks.. pops gum & flirts with male customer. Male rep is no better with 2 female customers hanging all over the counter. Asking "what you need" right in front of other customers. Talking across the store. The southside always get stuck with the worst of the worst.

I been here for 2 hrs and have not been helped, the manager has been talking to a costumer about sports instead of helping me or helping one of het associates help me. Costumer service is very very poor.

Money hungry snakes. They wouldnt even come out the back to check my problem because they werent able to make a profit.. Unbelievable...

Nice clean and friendly
