Im blown away by all the good reviews. I just moved into the area, and this is my closest store, and it looks nice on the outside (and inside), but almost all of my shopping trips have been problematic thus far. First, I purchased grape tomatoes that I had to return, as even though they were still before the "sell by" date, some further down in the carton were moldy. Ive had difficulty finding three standard items, two of which associates could not locate for me: croutons, freshly baked whole grain bread (only French and "take and bake" varieties were available, and upon purchasing a take and bake loaf, I realized it had no preparation instructions), and breadcrumbs. The instance that caused me to write this review, however, was my purchase of a pork tenderloin yesterday (on sale in the weekly flyer, no note of "managers special" or anything like that). Upon beginning to prepare it today, my husband noticed that it expired two days ago. Therefore, it was on the shelf, for sale, with no "quick sale" labels or the like, while expired. That is unacceptable for me, especially for fresh meat, and Ill happily begin shopping at my local Publix even if it means paying a premium. Note: Im from California, and the Ralphs chain (owned by Kroger) is of substantially higher quality in my experience thus far.

First off let me start by saying its not the store , its the employees! Great store veey clean , very organized But the most rudest employees!!! Main one is this employee named KENNEL she is so rude , i walk up and organize all my wic stuff and i tell her im organizing so its easier sorry its alot ! And i give her the coupons and she turns at me chewwwing her gum popping it and everything on my face! And said i thought u organized it with a rude sound in her voice!! I said i did !! And she smacks her lips and keeps chewing her gum(open mouth) all your hear is (smack, smack) and then im putting my stuff in the cart and when done she trows my receipt at me like lady what the hell!! So i go to customer services and i turn to look at her and she is doing the same to the person that was after me! She needs to be REPLACED !!!

This place is AWFUL if you are trying to shop on a tight budget. Did all my shopping here when I first moved to GA because I thought it was the cheapest, but Publix is really not much different, has better sales and is WAY more customer service oriented than the folks at this Korger location. Now, every time I come here to hit a good sale, I promise I will never come back. They are constantly out of stock of sale items and are inconsistent in their issuing and honoring of rainchecks. The employees are outright disrespectful sometimes and they hate coupon users. During the day, they usually only have one or two cashiers each with a line of 4+ customers waiting. Save the hassle and go to Aldi or publix.

Always a good choice of food and misc merchandise, and the prices are very competitive. Checking out was smooth and my purchases were well-bagged. I picked up a Rx today and received the usual courtiosness from the pharmacy staff, particularly fron Courtney. She is extremely helpful - I hope you make a note of this in her personnel file. I do have an issue I would like to bring to your attention. In my opinion there are too many displays in the aisles and generally around the store. Again, in my opinion., it gives a cluttered, untidy look, and sometimes actually looks very messy. Overall, as a 3 times a week customer I like the store very much. Shirley Hammer.

Suddenly changed hours. Its a decent location and I like the nut bar, but them being 24 hour was the only reason I ever came here, being quite a night owl. Pretty much useless to me now. I cant possibly see how they were losing money since they were restocking during the night anyway, and they only had self checkouts available. During the daytime I see absolutely no reason to visit this over Publix or Whole Foods, unless you specifically need something between 11 PM and 1 AM. Publix has much nicer salads and sandwiches for a comparable price. Whole Foods has nicer everything for a higher price. In my opinion this was a really stupid move.

Starbucks is the best thing about this Kroger as of recent. Seldom are there hot lunch items ready during lunch hours and if they are they are dried out from being kept on burning hot round table. Pricing and signage errors are frequent throughout the store. Carts are left on sidewalk as a constant making it difficult to get to the post office and other neighboring shops. Staff tries to help but seem overwhelmed with a recent lack of leadership. It is hard to be in there without overhearing a complaint about the store from a customer. It makes avoiding shopping here, despite it being so close, a must.

I have gone to this Kroger for over 4 years. Parking can be a bit tricky during peak times. The plaza has really flourished over the last year with more businesses coming to area. They have a gas station located towards the back of the parking lot. Again it gets very busy during peak times. You normal Kroger with most anything that you may need. They have a good amount of organic produce. Not has many options as whole foods but enough to save some money. Staff is usually helpful and friendly. Sometimes Starbucks there will be a few bad attitudes

For many years Ive enjoyed the wide variety of selection at this Kroger. Customer Service has improved even though it was decent in the past. Organic, natural and fresh is my preference. Most mainstream natural & organic items can be found at this location as well as some difficult to find items. Andrew, who works in the Natural Health Foods department in knowledgeable and helpful. Admittedly, I will occasionally cruise through the other aisles and am mind boggled by the vast variety - especially spices and vino. Okay... ice cream, too.

This Kroger store is excellent! The mens bathroom here is amazingly clean! It smelled great, everything was clean and wiped down, and everything was fully stocked. It was so nice to the point where I felt like I was almost in a womans bathroom. I was very impressed. So, if the stores bathrooms are so clean then what would that say about the cleanliness of the entire whole store altogether? Hmmm? Well I dont need to state the obvious. LOL! So, if you want to shop at a very clean store, then this is the one to come to.

Food Poisoning!! My wife and I purchased hot food from the deli. A chicken plate and chicken wings. We did not finish the food and so glad we did not. We are both sick to out stomach. While ordering the server kept rolling her eyes at me Becuase I had to repeat what I was saying several times. Come to find out, I was interrupting her Becuase she was on the pjone the whole time via Bluetooth. Never had a problem with Kroger now I plan to stay away from the food prepared in store.

I tried to give this store the benefit of the doubt but after the 3rd visit and nothing had changed, I had to express my opinion and give a bad rating. This store is dirty and it stinks. Paper was all over the floor, shelves were not stocked, items were out of place, its in much need of upgrading, and you can smell the bathrooms and/or seafood department the minute you walk through the door.
