I just purchased a 36.8 ounce container of Roundup concentrate from your local ACE store off of Holcomb bridge rd. in Norcross due to getting a coupon in the mail for $5 off. Come to find out that they raised their prices to $29.99 on that bottle from the $23.99 listed on your website just to make up the coupon difference. That is dishonest and I will be returning everything I purchased there and will be longer shop at ACE. My business is going back to Home Depot. Update after response: I dont believe that. The price just happens to be around five dollars more conveniently when theres a coupon? Even if you are telling the truth, there is no value in having a product more than $10 more expensive than a competitors pricing on your shelves and expect to still draw customers (HD is $19). When the product and customer service is the same as competitors, value is price and you are lacking.

Just bought a big green egg from these guys. Went in a few times looking and had lots of questions before I pulled the trigger. Each time Mark was helpful, friendly, and not annoyed. He went above and beyond with his service and the information he provided. This store is awesome and I will continue doing business there for all my egg products and any other home improvement tools I need.

Horrible customer service. After ordering a set of ten chairs, and confirming their arrival, drove 40 minutes to pick them up only to find that they had already sold three of them. Their way of making it right was to offer the chairs for $20... 10% MORE than other Ace Hardwares. There are too many hardware store options to waste your time with this one.

Wow. Talk about help! Ask Jeff if you have a one-of problem your trying to rig. He stupid you to explain until he fully understand your goal. Then he tosses out the solution even if its "Go to Goodyear and they can do that in five minutes." I will absolutely use this store for anything they sell from this day forward. (Providing I dont move or something.)

Love this place always organized everyone is always friendly and eager to help! I came to make a return and the system was down at the time and when I got to my car the guy came out just to tell me it was back up. I call that exceptional customer service!! so this place gets two thumbs up.

This is the best Ace hardware ever. I had to get a difficult Kawasaki mule key cut. The Peachtree battle ace could not do it. Danny at HolcombBridge Ace was awesome, he worked until he found one that would work and then put extra effort in to make it perfect. This is my new Ace.

A true Ace Hardware, this place will have what the other hardware stores wont have. No matter what hobbies I am working on this place has the parts I need to make them work. There new motto should be instead of "Ace is the place" to "If we dont have it, then you dont need it"

Great neighborhood hardware store. Very friendly staff that will take the time to answer questions. Valspar paint is good quality. Skip their pine straw though as the last time I bought it I found the bale size is about 2/3 of a normal bale.

Good customer service and great selection. Very compact store, so even though they have a lot of stuff you dont have to do a lot of walking and aisle scanning. And they have compasses, lovely.
