The biggest and best hardware store on Earth. They have everything one could need and more. People, including contractors, travel from all over GA to shop in the largest Ace Hardware. The staff are amazing, knowledgeable and many have been there for years. I always feel at home, welcomed and happy to give my business to this Diamond of a hardware store. Located in the heart of Tucker, GA, for decades, Handy Hardware focuses on high quality customer service, every hardware fastner size and type made, including stainless steel and chrome, every plumbing fitting/type made and so much more. Handy Ace Hardware has been the cornerstone of all my projects for over 30 years.

This is a real, honest to goodness hardware store with real, expert help. Extremely rare nowadays. I really missed them until they were able to reopen. I have gotten incredible service on several occasions. They can get to be very busy, especially if the particular specialist you are needing to talk to already has two or three other people waiting for them. You just need to let them clearly know that you are waiting too, and hang around their department until they can talk to you. If you dont want that to happen, then you might want to figure out when their least busy times are and go to seek their help then.

Well, I am not an employee. Just an old Texas boy who knows what a real hardware should stock; hardware solutions for my projects. These guys have the inventory that modern hardware stores no longer bother with. Better still, when I walk into the store, I dont get very far before an employee is trying to help me find my solution. You dont have to search for help, the help is looking for you or leading you to the expert who knows the solution. If your solution is not in their store, they order it for you.km That is SERVICE, folks!

When I accidentally found there new location on the Web while looking for stuff(several unrelated items) I jumped into my car and drover directly their to find what I needed that neither Home Depot, Lowes or any other Ace hardware had/has in stock... When I told a few friends of my find they had not heard of it either so Im sending an eMail to those I know giving them their new address. The store is nice, big, organized and growing but its a little hard to find at 3969 Lawrenceville Hwy in Tucker near Brockett road. Made my day.....

Great Hardware store for home repair or gardening. I have found several things here that you cant get from bigger stores... For instance: Over 150 kinds of valve stems parts for faucet + tub repair, or torsion springs for garage door, replacement rollers for sliding screen door. The People here KNOW their stuff, and DO try to HELP... like you only wish some of the other stores could. Even if they do Not have exactly what you need, they will help you find it elsewhere, and actively work with you, even if its not their sale.

Handy is back after the fire several years ago. I was afraid the new place wouldnt have the extensive product selection as the old but my fears were unfounded. This is the best hardware store on the East side of Atlanta Metro. Its huge! Staff are friendly and helpful (knowledgeable). I am a frequent visitor. Damn I love this place. You can find ANY screw/bolt/washer/nut/etc in stainless steel.

Twice I have gone in this store trying to find help on various items. I either get a vague "thats way back there" or employees ignore me. If I want to be treated like that Id go to Home Depot or Lowes! Im guessing if I was an attractive, big-chested blonde Id have all kinds of help. Not the case here, so Ill take my business to Intown Ace or Toco Hills. These guys are jerks.

purchased a small wire medal animal trap. after three tries with trap overturning and release of catch, I returned to HANDY ACE HARDWARE and told not returnable due to law. container was not marked and I was not told it could not be returned. I will keep trap and purchase at other locations with future purchases.

Outstanding! Just bought a big green egg. Best price I could find for a large. They bent over backwards to help, at one point there were 6 people assisting us. They worked exceptionally hard to get us taken care of and assisted in loading the assembled egg into our car! Great people and great service!

I like shopping here because not only do they have everything under the sun, but the staff is super friendly and helpful. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with "Can I help you find anything?". I wont be going back to Lowes or Home D as long as I can find an Ace!

Fantastic store for plumbing. If you have a valve stem that you need to replace, and cant find it... go here. Knowledgable people in the store. Lots of "stuff", good repacking kits, etc. Very very happy.
