In all honesty, I would not even rate this store one star. The only reason I even came to this location was because a Pergola my husband and I were purchasing was processed by their contractor at this location. Our HOA didnt approve the pergola, so it called for us to cancel the installation. I was told that I would have to come to the store to process the refund. I went to the store and the young lady told me that I would have to wait one business day in order for them to do a refund. So I waited and drove another 30 minutes the next day for processing. I returned the next day only to be told that something needs to be processed on the end of the contractor and that I could return Sunday morning for processing. The young lady told me to come around 11 on Sunday and she would process the refund of o er $2700. Cool, I will come after church. When I get there and ask for her, they say she is not working today. I told them the issue and a young girl processed the refund. Well, because of the amount my bank flagged it and locked my card. They texted and called me immediately. I told them what was going on, they released the flag once I verified that it was not fraud. Now we were ready to process the refund. Well, on their end, they said now the balance was 0.00. They called management, bookeeping and IT. The manager came and they held a meeting in front of my husband and I. We watched this young manager give his workers the final say that they were not going to process my refund today and to come back tomorrow at 10 for a cash refund. So now my husband has to rearrange his schedule, go back to this dreadful location, get cash, drive back to the bank to deposit the cash. Then I was told well it was your bank. So basically, its my fault. The manager did not even have the common courtesy to acknowledge us and inform us of why this final decision was made and why we would be yet inconvenienced another day. They were not inconvenienced when they so easily debited the money. These last few days have been such a headache, I will never return to it. It is unfortunate because we are getting so many things done to the house, but because of the lack of customer care and being more worried about things on their end rather than the satisfaction of their customer. That is all!

... overall customer service is less than acceptable. It is not unusual to see 4 - 5 employees standing around engaged in gossip, while customers are in need of assistance. Then, most staff have no clue about rendering advice; thankfully, I pretty much know what I need, and how to do what the current project requires..... the real advantage to this store is being less than 3 miles from the house..... despite all of the negatives, they do have a few really great employees, like Dylan, lady with the long pony tail, along with the incredibly helpful/friendly/cute Holly, and they always have the lumber I need, when I need it............yet, this particular HD pales in comparison to the fantastic HD routinely visited back home in Austin, TX, located near I-35 & Cameron Road.

I go into Morrow location looking for an air conditioner I couldnt find them so I asked an associate if he could tell me where they were.. He asked me "an air conditioner the one that goes in the window?" He said aisle 5 Ok so I go to aisle 5 no air conditioners... Another associate ask can I help you find something I said yes Im looking for an air conditioner so he says I dont know why he sent you here they are in aisle 9 guess what? None there not even close.. So I went to the front and asked them again I was asked the one that goes in the window? So I asked is there another kind because your the second person that asked me that. She says "no there on aisle 9"

Ive probably been the most patient Ive been in my entire life this morning. I merely called to speak with the manager regarding my interview status and instead have been playing repeat of the same steps for 20 going on 30 minutes. Its hard enough just trying to get a CSR to answer, let alone get patched through time and time again just to get the line disconnected. I know this HD is highly credible for some of its outstanding staff so my review only stands for my quality through this particular situation. (2/13/17)

(no stars) Awful, When i entered the store there were no shopping carts and i had to walk to the exit door to find one, No customer service! The "employees" were either standing around talking,walking pass briskly with that (dont bother me, I dont need this job look!) or looking around as if they dont know where they are! the layout was confusing, It took a while to find all the things i need,not very well stocked and the self checkout stole my 50 cents. From beginning to end it was awful.

I dread going into this store. I only go there because it is a mile from home. The workers are not willing to help, yet talk and hang out with each other. Needed a board cut so had to go to checkout to get someone paged. Still no help. One guy came buy so I asked him if he would cut it. Needed plumbing help and the man said, its over there, instead of helping, going back to his co-workers conversation. Lowes is much better and more helpful. This used to be a good Home Depot. sad.

Worst customer service skills ever at the home depot in morrow GA on my. Zion rd wanted to buy a PLUG adapter not a cord, they are on the website but thought I would save myself some trouble and see if they had them in store before I ordered well they have it but after being told I was stupid to purchase that and I would blow up my home I will never do business there again!!!

This Home Depot is near my home. Home depot is usually known for its customer service sadly this one is destroying that reputation. This particular location is filled with employees who dont want to work and who think "i dunno" is a good enough answer. I would rather drive to the Lowes thats not close to me than go to this one which is down the street.

There was no access to The Garden Center from the outside. The gate was padlocked. The selection of flowers was pitiful. They had one register open, even the self checkout was closed. The line to check out was wrapped around the aisles. I put everything back and went to Lowes in Stockbridge. Lowes in Stockbridge is fantastic!!

Normally shop at Lowes only stopped because I was in the area. None of the associates on the floor spoke and asked if I needed any help and this time I did. The cashier that checked me out was nice and thats about it. Shes the only reason they are getting 3 stars. I think her name was Mary

This is the worst place to shop if you need help cause one thing you will never get it and next they dont know what they are talking about so if you know what you need it a great place to shop if not go to Lowes down the street
