I love how they holler Lady heading back ( meaning go help the lady ) and I love the 5 men that ask me what Im looking for and one dude spent a ton of time on me working and working way beyond the call of duty, he was helping fix a problem that Ive had for years. I didnt spend very much BUT ILL BE BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN but even tho its a bit of a drive for me ( all the Aces are ) this is definitely my new Ace...Id give more stars but I do wish the non hardware prices were priced a bit lower Id buy all of my cleaning and laundry stuff there to!.

I have no idea where DJauric Humphries is coming from but I suggest others ignore his review. Ive been going to this Kerry Forest spot for the past 8 years and theyre simply great! Very helpful, very knowledgeable and absolutely very polite and courteous. As is the case for almost every Ace Hardware the prices are a little higher than other spots nearby, but the more pleasant experience makes up for the price differential.

Its so great to have this in the neighborhood. Hours are convenient and the prices are great. Staff are always willing to help out, Gordon is always a super resourceful and helpful team member...i always seek him out when Im there since he really knows his stuff and has a great attitude. All in all way better than the big box stores and so much more convenient.

This used to be great place to go...until the rude FL hicks began working there. Avoid this place, they are fake nice to you and the front cashier wont even say good-bye. Not sure what happened to this place but it used to be really cool. Also, they are over-priced, but never-mind that, I will never go in there ever again.

As a lifelong Tallahasseean I can say that the Ace Hardware folks are very attentive and there for you to help ensure you obtain exactly what you need. Its amazing how much product they have in their small yet very convenient locations!

When to store next day after purchasing caulk to return caulk that broke after opening. Store manager blamed me for what happened. I could not return caulk even though I was in the first day of the 30 day return window policy.

If you cant give this Ace 5 stars, you cant give them to anyone. This is THE most friendly, helpful hardware store you will ever go to. Never seen so much help thats literally waiting for you when you walk in the door.

If you need help this place is a much better choice than the big box stores. However, if you know what you want or are browsing expect to be constantly bothered by staff who hover near you at all times.

Customer service is first class. Everyone in the store is very knowledgeable and friendly. Theyre also very honest which unfortunately... you dont see very often these days. Great store and well stocked.
