I order from this place A LOT. Probably ordered close to 1K in the last year. I had to send something to a different state which they told me I need to contact the store in that state. I had bought a visa gift card from target to send with my gift and they told me I can mail it to the store I was going to use and they can include it in the gift bag. The manager gave us an address to mail it to. When my guest got the gift basket, our gift card never arrived. I called the store in the other state and they told me they never received anything and asked me what address I sent it to. When I told them, they said I was missing a suite number and the card is gone. I called visa and sure enough there is no money left on the card so I called down to this store and spoke with the manager who was very rude. he simply told me that It is not his fault because that is the address corporate gives them. I called corporate and they told me that no, in fact this manager should have taken care of me and they will have him or the store owner contact me. No one ever contacted me and I lost my gift card. They didnt even give me store credit. (after spending that much money a year). Its like a slap in the face especially since I could have just mailed the gift card to my guest and they are the ones who told me I can include it in the gift basket. They dont care if you are a long term customer like me or not, if something goes wrong, dont expect the store to do anything for you. I still order because edible arrangements is a good way to say thank you, but who cares which store you use. Its the principal that business owners or franchisee owners need to look after their store. so voicing my opinion is the only thing I can do...if anything goes wrong with your order, kiss your money goodbye and dont expect this manager to do jack for you.

I order a Valentines gift weeks before with a guarantee delivery to my wifes work. I called her at the end of her day to see how she liked it since I hadnt heard from her. The gift never arrived. I called the store and got a busy signal so I called back and no one answered. I drove 45 min from my work to the store and found a line out the front door and down the side walk. The line was made up of a few walk up costumers and a bunch of angry costumers who did not get their order like me. I spoke with one person in line and they said that they wanted their order to be delivered across the street and it never showed up. How can it be that this place cant even deliver across the street? I waited an hour to get service. Some people were getting their money back and a coupon for an arrangement for free at the next visit and some were getting an arrangement and a coupon for half off the next arrangement. I decided I still wanted the arrangement. I waited my turn and got one but with no coupon. So I asked for one, the manager said no. I said I watched you give some to the others. Her response was take the arrangement and be happy. I informed her that I would never do business there again. She said I dont care have a nice Valentines Day. It was not a nice Valentines Day thanks to the manger I came home late to an angry wife. This store sucks.

THE WORST SERVICE IVE EVER EXPECRIENCED. THE WORST EDIBLE ARRANGEMENT LOCATION!! I live in NY I ordered an arrangement for Mothers Day 2 days in advance. I called to just change the apartment number. Not only could I NOT get through to anyone because the line kept saying "this number is not receiving phone calls at this time" but when I did get a ring it went to a voicemail. Finally after a day of calling I got through to someone and told them the change, Mothers Day comes and they NEVER delivered the arrangement, no notification or anything. Now that I want a refund the customer service is telling me its at the store discretion if they want to refund my money. HOW?! You cant deliver a Mothers Day gift after the fact AND if the arrangement could not be delievered for any reason the customer should be notified so they can take the necessary steps. Mind you I am still trying to get a hold of someone for my refund. Ive been a loyal customer of the franchise and have never experienced such distasteful service.

Placed order for arrangement on Friday afternoon to be picked up between 3:30 & 4:30 on Saturday. Arrived at store to pick up order was told my order was canceled, however had order conformation and proof that order had been paid through bank. When I asked the cashier to show me proof that something was wrong with card information (which is why she said it was canceled) and time that we where called to say that something had gone wrong with online order (which she said they did), there was no proof of this information. Then while we were standing there they refunded our money without asking if we want a refund or product. I understand there can be confusion at this time of year, and over taking of order to complete, but it would have been nice to have been give the opportunity to pick it up later that day or on Sunday. This is the 3rd time something like this has happened to me at this store. To bad they are the only ones around.

With all of the reviews on here, I can see that I am not the only one who had issues with this location. I called in to make changes to my order, and a girl was rude, inconsiderate and hung up in my face. I called back to speak with a manager and have been on hold for over five minutes. The holiday was Mothers Day, so needless to say, I was pissed. EA started from humble beginnings. I remember when the closest one to Atlanta was downtown on Peachtree back in 2007. Ever since they have branched out some branches havent transferred the customer of service and commitment to excellence. I would suggest ordering from another location, unless you dont mind horrible customer service and feeling like your dollar doesnt matter. Like I said, the one on Peachtree has always been pretty good. Its also others in the McDonough area who would be glad to have your business.

I ordered a package to be delivered for teachers appreciation week and all of the order did not arrive! Upon my findings, The driver allowed someone other than the reciepent to sign for the package. How did the driver know that the person who touch the fruit did not have HIV!!!!!!!!! When I called and sopke to the manager Lance, there was nothing that he could not do. I will NEVER use this edible arrangements again and the corporate office will here about this. The ballons that I ordered never showed up and the fruit was cross contaimanited with other people germs. Too bad that the teacher did not receive her FULL appreciation package that I paid for. IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY, USE THIS STORE!!!!!!!- K. McClendon
