I have been a customer for over 25 years. I have bought glasses, contacts and sports goggles. I wear glasses from the time I get up to the time I go to sleep. It is rare that a pair of glasses from 20/20 doesnt last until my next appointment, but it has happened. Every time they have stood behind the product and honored the warranty. If you want good quality glasses that are made correctly and adjusted to fit comfortably and securely this is the place for you. If you are looking for the cheapest place in town or cheap lower quality glasses that may or may not be the right prescription, you will be better served to go somewhere else. You get what you pay for. For more details of my experience please keep reading. Over the years I have tried other places (Walmart, Sears, Sams Club and Lens Crafters) in an attempt to save money. I ended up with was glasses that were of less quality that quickly wore out and broke, fit poorly on my face (constantly slid off and crooked) and some were even the wrong prescription that caused head aches. I began testing places where I thought I might be able to save money by asking them to adjust my current glasses. From the moment they would put my glasses on the table and start bending them till they sat evenly on the table, I knew it was not the place for me. My face is not a table. My nose is not straight and my ears are not even. Why buy glasses from a place that cannot adjust them to fit comfortably and securely on your face? While I may save $25 or $30 going somewhere else, I do not end up with the same quality and experience that I have at 20/20 Vision. That is why I have always returned to 20/20 Vision.

As a new resident in Henry County I had to find a new optometrist. I made an appointment here for a Tuesday afternoon eye exam. The lady at the front desk was friendly, and I had only a short wait before being examined by the optometrist (I think her name was Dr. Thomas). The eye exam was alright I guess. The equipment she used seems to be dated and not as modern and high-tech as what they use at Pearl Vision where I used to go when I lived in Marietta. I always have a lot questions when Im being examined by a doctor, but she seemed a little annoyed at all my questions. She didnt seem as knowledgeable as my previous optometrist and I eventually just gave up asking questions and let her finish the exam. After the exam she did my prescription and I was fitted for eye glasses. The selection of eye glass frames they offer is very limited. And their prices seemed higher than what I had paid for my previous frames and lenses just two years ago. Still, I found some frames I like and purchased my new glasses. I picked up my new glasses a few days later and so far they have held up alright. In the end, Ill say that I probably will not be coming back to 20/20 Vision for my next eye exam. There must be better, less expensive options for eye exams and glasses.

I have never had any problems at 20/20 and I trust them with my eyes over Walmart any day! Customer Service has always been warm and friendly!! I use to go to Walmart and the Customer Service there was really bad and very unprofessional!! I am so happy with my prescription computer glasses and after going to Walmart and spending lots of money on contacts and a lot of time trying all different kinds and paying for something that did not help my vision on the computer and I go to 20/20 and within one visit they had me with a perfect solution to my eye problem!!! I would highly recommend 20/20!! If you are only interested in price then maybe you should go elsewhere but I will say this You Get What You Pay For!!!!!!!!!!!!! Jeannie

Yes, this place is too high, and yes overated. I guess the guy that orks there is the boss. I bought a pair of glasses from this place and cant remember his name. I do remember Robin she was very helpful and a nice lady. I took my glasses in after having them a few months for some repair, and the boss seem like he had an attitude. Well, when you pay a lot of money for something it breaks in a few months you take it back. And then it happened again. The problem is hes the type of guy that sells you something and doesnt want to honor the warranty. I want be going back there Walmart sells something similar and cheaper and a better warranty. Its all about customer service.

I am very happy with how I was treated. The gentleman that waited on me took a lot of time with me. I had a lot of questions to ask as I was looking to order silhouette glasses for the first time. He explained everything so that I could understand him. He was very educated in all the areas of what I was asking him about. I love my glasses and have been showing them to all my friends and rec-commending this particular 20/20 Vision as the place to go if they needed the best care and knowledge about their products.

Being new to the area and in need of an eye exam, I was refered to 20/20 by a friend. You can tell the second you walk in the door that 20/20 takes pride in what they do. The exam was thorough but quick. The staff were very professional and helpful in finding the right eyewear for me. The only downside of my experience, my eye prescription is getting stronger...;( Highly Recommend!

20/20 Vision has a good staff and was impressed by quality of products that offered.Their staff are true professionals and experts.They provided excellent and efficient customer service and allowed you to feel like family.The array of choices are awesome and their prices are very competitive with any other eye clinics in the area.I would recommend their services and products.

Yes, you can get glasses cheap, online but you wont get the support that is sometimes critical for ideal satisfaction with lens and frames. Richard took the time to adjust a pair of glasses for me that were making me nauseous. He listened to my symptoms and made the correction with what can only be extremely experienced precision.

Got a gift certificate from mother from this place and tried to get cash refund ($400) would not refund and since it had been so long since the gift certificate was bought, they were not sure they would even honor it for eyeglasses. They are totally over priced.
