I was directed here when my glasses broke, by Target. I dropped off my glasses and the guy was very hasty with me. He looked at them and said it was a very common break and he had what was needed to fix it, then he had me write my name and number on a piece of paper (and thats it?? AND didnt give me an estimate). He said hed call me later to let me know about my glasses. A week went by then I called, he said well if you dropped off a week ago, then I havent gotten the chance to look at it. Another week went by, so I called again and he said that he had many customers and was very busy and hed call me when they were done. Another week went by I called again he said that he had to order some parts and that they just came in, hed call when they were done. Its been 2 weeks since that call and he has Not returned my call. VERY unprofessional, I do NOT recommend this place. I had to go and pick them up and they werent even done yet! The whole reason I wanted them fixed was to use them in my softball league, well my league is over now, it’s been 5 weeks since Ive dropped them off. I am one UNHAPPY customer (if you can call me that, since he never fixed my glasses.)

The owner of this shop repaired some glasses from Lens Crafters for me back in May 2009 and I thought he did a great job. So when I had 2 pairs of glasses from an online retailer that I needed to be adjusted, I could expect the same great service, right? WRONG! The owner allowed his own personal feelings about online eyeglasses retailers turn away a PAYING CUSTOMER. Even after I told him he repaired the glasses I had on my face, he still proceeded to lecture me about online glasses retailers, gesture toward his plaques on the wall and tell me that he "wasnt going to have anything to do with it." All simply because I mentioned that I purchased the glasses in question online. I dont recall him asking or being concerned where I got my last pair of glasses and if eyeglass repair is a service he provides like his outdoor sign purports, then it should not matter where a pair of glasses comes from if I am trying to PAY for a SERVICE. But apparently, his business is booming to the point where he can turn away paying customers simply because he does not like where they choose to purchase glasses.

Horrible customer service. Referred there by Lenscrafters for a broken earpiece. He told me he would have it repaired in a week. Two weeks later I contacted him he stated he located a matching earpiece and I could pick them up. Upon arriving I found the earpiece did not match at all. He placed a brown tortoise shell earpiece on my daughters black frames. He stated he could fix her earpiece and it would be ready in a couple days. I finally got in contact with him a couple weeks later. He stated he didnt see the earpiece and would have to locate it. Once I questioned him about why it was taking so long he had promised me 2 different completion dates and I still dont have them he go really rude and was actually yelling at me over the phone. I have not heard from him since and he will not return my calls. It has been a total of 3 months and still not repaired. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

BEWARE!!!!!! THIS IS A HUGE SCAM ARTIST. This man said he had the ability to repair Titanium glasses, when he had no equipment or training ,but wanted to experiment with my glasses to further his training on a machine for silver repair at my expense. Guess what , it didnt work. My glasses repair lasted a few days. When I took them back , he wouldnt return my money , just wanted to continue to try and repair them again. I ask if it didnt work the second time, would he refund my money and the answer was NO!. He just wanted me to pay for his time. The worst business strategy and poor customer Service, SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!

Took my husbands glasses there he had them 6 months every time my husband stopped for them it was a different excuse on why not fixed. They never one time tried to contact him. Then when I go to get them the guys was trying to tell me I was in the wrong place then said my husband didnt want them fixed. If he didnt want his 600.00 glasses fixed why did e take them in to be fixed.

Took my glasses in because the earpiece was broken. He replaced both earpieces with new ones that perfectly matched my glasses. I was on my way in ten minutes at a fraction of the cost of new glasses. Great service! Highly recommend.

i have been dealt with Doug for years in getting services for both my sons. I found him to be cordial, professional and no one can fix glasses like he can.All I can say is he is worth the visit and the wait.
