This place is great when it comes to fixing your watch or glasses, he did a good job. The bad part was he kept going up on my price. I told them at the beginning I needed a band change and a battery, I was told that would be $20.00. Then they told me to come back Friday to pick it up, when I called to make sure it was ready they told me it was $25.00. Then when I picked up the watch they changed the band but not the battery which is what I asked for at the beginning. When I took the watch back he changed it and turned around and charged me $10.00. Then the kicker to this story was the owner started telling me a story and he said if someone sounds foreign and talk like him then they would get charged the regular price but, if you come into his store talking proper and have a sophisticated voice then people would overcharge because they think you have money because of how you talk. That rubbed me the wrong way so unfortunately I will not be going back because he in my eyes overcharged me.

Anyone can get a 5-star rating when services rendered are satisfactory. A far more accurate gauge is the review of a legitimately dissatisfied patron. I dropped off a pair of glasses for repair. Upon return I was satisfied with the work performed. Unfortunately, when I got to my car I noticed one of the decals was missing at which point I promptly returned and spoke with Mr Grey the owner who assured me he would go through his channels for a replacement decal. After weeks of giving me the runaround and not returning my call like he said he would all he could come up with is, "I dont know what to do at this point." He did not did not offer a refund nor a discount on the next visit to save face. They offer no warranty on the work performed so you have to cross your fingers and hope for the best. I would not recommend this establishment to a friend.

Gray Jewelers, part of Optical Workshop, did a an excellent job for me. I needed batteries put in a couple of watches, and Wayne replaced the batteries, cleaned up the watches, and had me in and out in about 20 minutes. Even the cost turned out to be less than what he had quoted over the phone! I dont write many reviews, but I was really impressed! Definitely will go there again!

I had a problem where the spring broke in an ear-piece of my glasses, and no other glasses store would or could fix them. They all wanted to sell me new glasses. He was able to repair my eye glasses, and for a very affordable price. He did it in 20 minutes while I waited, and was a very nice guy!

The best jeweler Ive come across in over 10 years. I had 9 pieces ( 6 needed to be repaired) cleaned and repaired in a matter of 3.5 hours. Mr Gray was pleasant, knowledgable and accommodating. All of my pieces looked beautiful. He definitely has a customer for life.
