I HAD A NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE MY VERY FIRST TIME THERE, Nick WAS DISHONEST WITH ME AND TRIED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME BEING A WOMAN AND THINKING I DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CARS OR TIRES. I DECIDED TO GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE A FEW WEEKS LATER AND I GOT A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT CONSULTATION BY THE MANAGER BRANDON. BRANDON EDUCATED ME, DEMONSTRATED WHAT HE WAS DOING AND USED GOOD JUDGEMENT. I WAS LIVID AND WAS FEARING FOR EVERY CUSTOMER WALKING IN THERE TALKING TO NICK AFTER THE EXCELLENT SERVICE I RECEIVED FORM BRANDON. I WAS INITIALLY TOLD MY FRONT LEFT AND REAR RIGHT TIRES WERE IN SUCH BAD CONDITION I MAY NOT MAKE IT ANOTHER COUPLE WEEKS WITHOUT GETTING NEW OR AT LEAST USED TIRES. AFTER ONE MONTH, NOT ONLY DID I NEVER GET A FLAT, THE ONLY TIRE WITH RED TREAD FROM THEIR CHART WAS MY FRONT LEFT WHICH I ALREADY KNEW ABOUT. ALL OF MY OTHER THREE TIRES WERE IN THE GREEN WITH TREAD AND DIDNT NEED TO BE REPLACED. FOR WEEKS BEFORE I WENT IN THE SECOND TIME, I WAS WONDERING IF ID BE ABLE TO MAKE IT A FEW WEEKS WITHOUT GETTING A FLAT. HAD I LISTENED TO NICK, I WOULD HAVE HAVE BOUGHT 2 USED TIRES ONE OF WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN REPLACING A PERFECTLY GOOD TIRE!!!!! YOUR EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE JUST AS HONEST WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS AS THEY WOULD THEIR WIFE, DAUGHTER, MOTHER OR SISTER. THANK GOODNESS I WENT BACK FOR A SECOND OPINION WITH BRANDON AND HE WAS HONEST AND STRAIGHTFORWARD WITH ME. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE DISCOUNT TIRE, BUT BEWARE OF DISHONEST ONES AND ALWAYS GET 2 OPINIONS PREFERABLY ONE FROM A MANAGER! THANKS BRANDON!

A few weeks ago I had a leaky valve stem and went to Discount Tire to have it replaced. The gentleman I spoke with (Jeff?) walked with me to my car to have a look. When he confirmed that air was rushing out through the stem he took a little tool out of his pocket and did a little tweak and the leak stopped. Then he had me go to one of the bay doors to add air to the tire, and while they were at it they checked the air pressure on all the tires. When they were done, they sent me on my way -- no charge. A couple of days ago I noticed that the air pressure in that tire had gone down, so I went back to Discount Tire, assuming that the valve stem was leaking again. The same fellow who helped me a few weeks ago walked to my car with me again, checked the valve stem, which was not leaking, and found a tiny leak in the tire itself. They took my car in, repaired the leak, checked the pressure on all my tires again, and the technician came out, told me they were done, and handed me my invoice. No charge. Guess where I will be buying my next set of tires?

The fat guy got mad because I didnt tell him where I worked. It had nothing to do with me buying tires. Came up in random conversation. He should know not all people tell their personal life and he couldnt accept that. He asked two days in a row. It seemed fishy. And Im not flashy. It bothered him so much he acted like a dick from there on out. All the other employees were professional though. Dont buy the OHTSU brand tires because 2/3 went out on me. One went in 2 days. And the other just now. Which is about 7 months later.

I went in for my routine tire rotation/balance and experienced some great customer service, which seems to be the norm at the Loganville and Snellville locations. Chris and Austin were knowledgeable and informative. There were two others I spoke with also but I cant remember there names, customer service matters at this location and it shows.

The customer service here was amazing. I got out of my truck and the young man was already half way out to meet me and talk to me about what was best for my Truck. This was my first time at Discount Tires and I absolutely love it there. Mr. Jeffrey was very helpful, pleasant and informative about the condition of my tires. There prices and warranties are the best in town. They now have a customer for life. Thanks Mr. Jeffrey for all your help!

At 8:30 they assured me I could be out in under an hour. They knew I was in a time crunch. Its fine if you cant accommodate, but be honest. At 9:30 my car had yet to be taken back. Got my money back and left. No apology offered. Would not recommend.

I rarely write reviews, either positive or negative, but the service here was terrific. No hard sell, no pressure. They got me the tires I needed at the right price and had them on in less than 45 minutes on a Saturday, It was a great experience!
