5/12/17 I was at the bottle return and there was an elderly woman who was returning glass bottles when the machine malfunctioned. There was an employee in the area and the woman asked for help. She had a large box, no cart, I dont think she wouldve came back a different time because it was probably heavy and she had only just begun with the bottles when the machine went down. He helped her and I went to return some bottles at customer service. When I came back to recycle the box I had, the woman was still there, just finishing and went to throw the box away. The employee was breaking down boxes and basically yelled at her for throwing her box away instead of recycling. "Thats cardboard. It goes in the cardboard bin." He talked to her like she was stupid. She was like "well which one is for cardboard?" He got louder and ruder, told her it was the one with all the cardboard in it. Im sorry I didnt say anything. He was a bigger guy, I think his name was Bill. Itd be great if somebody could talk to him, maybe include the fact that you should treat any customer with respect, and especially an elderly lady. Happened around 1:30 p.m.

Very upset! Printed perfectly fine manufactured coupons and I never had an issue with them before, and I was also a Walmart Cashier for 2 years so I know that those coupons are allowed. They said if they didnt scan that they were not allowed and that they couldnt enter it manually which I know you can since you know I was a cashier. So I was trying to save money and I ended up losing money. They were also very understaffed, there was two older ladies working customer service while there was literally a line wrapped around and they were going very slow.

Employees do not know how to answer phones. Ive been calling several Wal-Mart locations trying to find a product. Ive had issues with getting somebody to answer the phone there. This seems to be a problem with most Walmarts these days. Its ok because I was able to find my product at Best Buy. I may have paid $20 more for it but at least the employees acted like they liked their jobs and helped me out.

Josh in electronics was absolutely knowledge in all products, phone plans, cost and overall was a great employee in leading to where I needed to go! Thank you so Josh and Martin!! Had an awesome shopping experience, I was completely lost in looking for the IPhone chargers when a night shift stocker named Darling helped me! I really appreciated the customer service and I will definitely be back.

This store sucks, always has a section roped off for something! Need a better selection of products, im needing things to hang wall pictures, maybe that stuff could be in the picture Dept., not in some other area of the store. i went there for a Kitchen step stool and only option is a step ladder, no not the same, so going to Bed bath and beyond to get what i really want, so tired of settling.

Terrible and incompetent staff. There was only one woman there who cared about anything and her name was Cat. Incredibly nice and sweet woman who should be promoted while many others should be fired. When you wait for half an hour for anyone to help you while droves of available staff members simply chat away while ignoring you should be grounds for those individuals to be fired.

I used Google Maps to find a Wal-Mart off I-96 in the direction I was traveling and ended up here. It was easy-on and easy-off the expressway which is exactly what I wanted. I needed Zicam because I was starting to feel like a cold was coming on and I didnt have the time to let that happen. It was what you hope a Wal-Mart will be, and I was in and out and back on my way quickly.

Generally not busy. Like getting my hair cut there. However with the drive we make and money we spend I am not thrilled with the new massive self scan and bag lines they are pushing. Not the little ones but the full belt ones. Instead of having someone scan and bag now you are being more forced to wait longer or do the work yourself.

Its a Wal Mart store so you should really know what to expect. The store attracts on average a certain clientele. The prices are half way decent, the selection is a little better than Meijer. They seem to offer more "New" or just released products. Other than that, you go in, get your items, checkout and leave. Nothing more, nothing less

Boycotting Howell Walmart They refuse to fix a purchase that THEY messed up, offered to replace it with something that was 1/5th the price, then charged me for it and claimed if I refused to pay it they would have me arrested for leaving the store. I will never shop there again and will tell everyone I know about what happened.

At the store I visit most of the time, There remodeling they have installed more self checkout areas, some with belts so if you have more items will move to the end of bagging area, most inportin the scanners are new and work great, no more calling someone over to help.so no more waiting in long lines.

Garbage Service. Im calling walmart asking to be directed to the games section, and im on hold for at least 30 mins. Then after that they hang up. Complete waste of time. The lady says "please wait, this will take 2 mins" And no one was there at the games section asking for help or anything.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They hire people that have constant horrible attitudes and lousy help. Ive been to the store so many times but the customer service is absolutely horrible. Be careful with what you buy, you dont want to have to deal with the AWFUL customer service.

Went to cash a check at customer service desk, manager flat out denied it because of the amount, even though it was within Walmarts policy limit because he "didnt recognize the bank on the check." Very rude manager, woman at customer service desk was nice about it though.

The Store Manager is horrible! Very rude to his employees and a overall Jerk. He was obviously fed from a silver spoon. I love Meijer for that reason. If it werent for Kathy the lawn and garden Manager I would never go to your store.

The shelves are often empty of popular items for weeks at a time. The shopping carts are always overflowing out of the parking lot cart collection spots which leads to shoppers leaving their carts scattered throughout parking spaces.

The people are all so nice and helpful. It is the cleanest Walmart that we have been in since the franchise has come to our area. You can tell how the employees take great care of the store and us, the consumers.

Typical Walmart..20 Lanes Only 2 open. Manager just looked at me when I said something, instead of being a leader and stepping up. If I wanted to check myself out, I would apply for a job there!

I love this store. I find deals here all the time. Just tried teh hair center on a awhim, and found it to be a top notch place. I got highlights and a hair cut and service was very good.
