I have never been disappointed with any of my experiences at Discount Tire, and Ive been to many locations! However, this team seems to be the best I have experienced. I was helped by Cindy and Tom and they were awesome. Everyone is always so kind and knowledgeable and I never feel like I am being "up sold" but trust their recommendations completely. The warranty program has been a lifesaver for me on these rough roads and they are always able to get me in and out in such a reasonable amount of time. I never have good experiences when it comes to maintaining my car, except when it comes to my tires! I will be a life long customer! I highly recommend buying all of your tires from Discount and enrolling in the warranty program. A++++

Came in with a bent steel wheel after hitting a pot hole. I was thinking for sure I needed a new wheel. Went to one tire place and they told me they could have a wheel in tomorrow. Went to the Ann Arbor Discount tire and not only did the have my wheel in stock, but they took a look at the bent wheel and determined that they could fix it. They fixed the wheel and quickly had me back on the road without charging me a thing. I was expecting the usual BS about how they need to change all 4 wheels a once and that I really should upgrade my wheels while Im at it. Nick was great and the repair tech did a great job. I cant even tell that the wheel was bent.

Went in to this Discount Tire today to have a tire that I purchased online put on to replace the one that had gotten a nail in it. Come to find out, the tire that I purchased online had a previous repair that wasnt done to code- rendering the tire essentially useless. They put my spare back on and I headed home, only to get a call from Tom that they would be able to repair the original tire with the nail in it, free of charge! even after the people at Firestone said the tire was unable to be repaired. Saved me money and more importantly I know the repair is done right and that this shop can certainly be trusted to be honest. Thank you so much, Tom!

My experience was so good Im actually writing a google review about it. Ive never dealt with a more friendly and professional staff at an auto service place. I called ahead, they gave me a quote no problem and said they would squeeze me in before close. Even though they were very busy they took their time when they got to me and gave me a few options to choose from with tires. Didnt try to sell me much and were totally fine with my decision to only get 2 tires instead of 4. After that, they were fast and when I rolled out they made sure everything looked good while driving too. Ill definitely go back.

I had a problem with my tire after a doctors appointment at UM, and I went to this store since it was on my way home to Kalamazoo. I was told it would take an hour to even look at my car. No one looked at it when I checked in, and I was told several cars were ahead of me. This, after I was told on the phone they could get me in fast and get me back on the road fast. Not at all. I watched them look at other cars, not mine, engage in banter with customers they knew while ignoring me and my car, and waited and waited. If they tell you they can fix something fast, dont believe them.

Discount Tire offers the best prices in town AND provide great customer service! After last years Snowpocalypse, I decided to buy Winter Tires. Considering that the cost was going to take a huge hit on my savings account, I did a lot of shopping around. I found other dealers aggressively pushing higher end tires, when I made it clear that I could only afford the basic package (which is actually all I need!). Jason at Discount Tire mentioned the difference between the tires, but was never pushy. He was really helpful and made the process quick and easy.

Discount tires always have awesome employees. I went to this one for a tire patch when I got a nail in the tread. All the employees I talked to were friendly and I assume knowledgeable (because this is how all Discount tires seem to be). I will always buy my tires from Discount Tire, they have the best prices, if they dont they price match, theyre always quick and offer some free services that are really nice like tire patching, balancing (if you bought the tires there) pressure check/inflation and rotation (if you dont do it yourself).

Bought my last set of tires from here. They come with lifetime free rotation which is nice. I was a little leery of their odd sales approach, where they ask you for permission to tell you about your existing tires, the product they want to sell, and seemingly any other little thing. It comes across as insincere... that said, I wound up with probably the best tires Ive ever had in the snow and the treat has lasted forever. I think they are an honest place, the sales tactic just left me with an odd feeling....

When I came in and parked an attendant greeted us in the parking lot to look at the tire (rather then making me go in with my two kids and come all the way out). From there he let us know what the timing would be to fix the tire. While we waited, they had hot chocolate for my kids and a bottle of water for me even though it was a free patch. There were numerous attendants available for customers and plenty of staff to work on the tires. Immaculate and new location.

I needed new tires for my van. From the first call through the the end of the transaction the staff is incredibly polite and very personable. I had a small concern after the install that was dealt with immediately and professionally. I was happy to keep my business local, and got very good tires for a fair price that are made in the USA. I recommend contacting them when you are in the market for a new set of wheels.

Called ahead to make sure they had my tires in stock (they did), and they said they could fit me in though they didnt have any appointments open. I went by, and they finished everything in about 30 minutes, maybe less. Everyone I talked to was very polite and professional to me and other customers, and it seemed like a fair price (much cheaper than Goodyear, who also told me it would take two hours to do the work). A+

I set up an appointment online to purchase and install 4 new Michelin Defender tires for my Subaru Outback. I showed up for the appointment at 8-am on Friday. I was greeted by a friendly and helpful staff who got my car into the bay right on time. By 8:25-am, the attendant was handing me keys and telling me to come back in 6K for their free tire rotation. Couldnt have been an easier or better purchase.

Very solid DTC location. The technicians are efficient and methodical. I observed the complete installation process of four BFG tires and their work was excellent. Manager didnt have the best customer service but the sales representatives did. They were very busy on this occasion so I will give the manager the benefit of the doubt for not seeming genuine.
