Discount closeout store. Strangely decent selection of furniture. Some close outs are a good deal some are way over priced. Decent clearance section .Older building ,really crowed and certain areas seem to always be disheveled. Ollies ,another similar store is a couple store over .If you dont find what you want at one try the other.( Ollies is better for candy, linens,flooring and carpet remnants.) The best big lots is on lohr rd by best buy. That store is huge ,well lit,clean and better organized.

I come here all the time and mostly its for one item. But i always end up waiting in line for 10+ minutes for that one item. Not only that but at ANY given time some snooty older women could walk in front of you in line and completely and blatantly cut and the employees will totally be ok with it. Absolutely ass backwards. 1/5 respect your customers more. Especially your regulars or else youll lose them like me

Not a bad store. The last few times I have gone and needed some assistance with something in the furniture department I had to wait quite a while before anyone had shown up to help. Other than that I am happy with the couch I purchased, and never had any issues with anything else from this store. Looking forward to this years holiday sales.

One of the smaller Big Lots that I have ever been to, so the inventory may not be what you are used to seeing. They keep the store tidy & clean & well put together, except for the restroom I think...each and every time that Ive been (roughly 15 times in the past 6 months) the public restroom has an "Temporarily Out of Order" sign on it.

I never write reviews but I had the most positive experience buying a mattress here. Literally everyone working there is so friendly and they go out of their way to help you. Because of this I came back to purchase a night stand also!

A regular big lots with excellent store associates. The store associates here go out of their way to help or at least they did to us. Access is convenient either from Hewitt or Ellsworth. Ample parking.

large selection of organic and healthier selections... lots of Michigan made products... great prices...wish it was better organized and less cluttered... more like a flea market... but not dirty ....

This Big Lots is not the best one to go to, I would go to the one in Ann Arbor on Lohr Rd. This one has less options and looks a little run down.

Managers a jerk. He banned me from the store for no reason. People are better off shopping at the Ann arbor store.
