The MOD "Laura" is not what I would call a manager. When a customer (me) is on their 1 hour lunch break and they place their order with the server (Kierra) and 30 minutes after ordering they bring out the meals for the other guests and at that time inform me that they are out of what I ordered as a manager, it is not your job to tell me I should have ordered Meatloaf because it is already cooked and available. If I had wanted Meatloaf I would have ordered it. Your server should have notified me at the time she put the order in that you were out of the Baked Chicken instead of waiting until everything else was done. You as a manager should have tried to resolve the problem instead of making it worse. Because of the lack of concern for customer satisfaction on the part of not only from the server but the manager on duty, Cracker Barrel in Lithia Springs, GA will Never have to worry about satisfying me as a customer again (this also goes for the other ladies that didnt have lunch today because of this situation). We work only 2 miles from your facility but we will make it a point to drive right past the Cracker Barrel that we use to frequent at least 2 times a week. The service has dropped over the years we have been going. But it has now reached the lowest point possible and I know we are just a few consumers but word of mouth travels fast especially in an office environment and believe me everyone here will know about this experience.

My friends and I were leaving Six Flags and were super excited to go here! Saw great reviews, but sadly, it was an awful experience. Our server was very unprofessional. We watched the server write our orders down, but somehow we were constantly approached with questions of what did we order/orders being incorrect. All (It was four of us) of our food was cold and I even had to send back my plate because the food that was served to me was cold and overcooked (I had ordered a medium well steak (which was served to me well done), a baked potato (which was cold and looked like it had been sitting for hours), and broccoli (which was overcooked and just plain nasty]). My friends even wanted to send their meals back... Everything was overcooked, cold, or both, except the Mac n Cheese (actually, it was pretty good). Our server did not come and give us refills (when needed, we had to literally wait for her to come from wherever she kept going for long periods of time to ask for them) nor checked on us throughout our time there. I asked for the manager and he was the one who brought me a new plate, which was still unsatisfying. There was so much more that happened that I could speak on, but this was the summary of our visit. I do not recommend, nor do I plan to return. If I come to give a review on a place, its pretty necessary.

Listen Cracker Barrel is A ok with me. I was sitting in church hungry and decided to head up Camp Creek in the pouring rain and get me some comfort food. That means some pancakes and bacon. I quickly changed my mind when I got there and saw this ladys plate. She had two big Ole chicken breast that looked extra good. Thats exactly what I ordered. It was two breasts bigger than my hand battered in buttermilk and extra good. I couldnt even finish one of them. When we got to the restaurant we had a short wait because they were packed but used that time to shop in the store. You have to visit this place at Christmas time. The decorations they sell get better and better each year. They are always on sale and reasonable too. Also if you are looking for special cast iron cookware this is the place to go. One other thing I appreciated was the fireplace because I do not have one at home. The smell of the wood and hearing get it pop was comforting. Love it

I am a very big fan of Cracker Barrel. I usually never have a bad experience when I eat at any of their establishments nation wide. But this location has some serious management and kitchen issues. I ordered food for pick up the other night after a long 16 hour day and they said it would be ready in 20 minutes for pick up. I arrived just a few minutes after the 20 minute pick up time and they had not completed the order yet. They were not busy but I figured my food would be out any minute, so I shrugged it off initially.. but after an additional 20 minutes of waiting, they still did not have my food out. So I asked what the issue is here and no one knew what the hold up was. And I was not the only one waiting there having issues with picking up an order. Finally get my food an hour past the pick-up time. The cashier was nice enough during this whole process to talk to me and brought me a sweet tea to drink while I waited.

Portions not as generous as I remember from previous visits years ago. Ordered breakfast and after a half hour asked the waitress if my food was almost ready. She looked confused at first, then said the kitchen was slow. About a minute later she came out with my order. Food had been obviously been sitting out for a while but the waitress told me it hadnt. She apologized, but didnt do anything about it. My drink was almost empty, but she didnt offer to refill it - I had to ask. A woman working in the gift shop was very friendly though. The selection in there is very good.

Cracker Barrel on a Sunday morning during brunch was very crowd and packed with customers. However, despite the large volume of customers, the staff did a excellent job of clearing tables and getting new customers seated. My wife and I did not want long to be seated, and our server was very attentive. Our food order came out relatively quick and our food was hot. I believe Cracker Barrels management team has done a great job with improving the customer experience by ensuring that they are properly staffed and their wait staff is attentive to customers.

I was staying at the country inn and suites next door and walked over to the cracker barrel to get take out. when i paid for my meal,i left my debt card on the counter. Nikita, the girl that took my order tried to chase me down to return my card to me but she wasnt able to catch me. She called me about 10 min after i left to let me know i left my card there. I just wanted to say thank you to nikita for going out of her way to look out for me. Crackle barrel is lucky to have you.
