If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Sprint has given me the worst customer service experience as well as phone service i have ever had. For the past month i have been getting little to no service in the Downtown area as well as a majority of other busy areas in the Woodstock location. it got to the point where i wasnt able to use most features on my phone and being charged over $110 a month for my plan alone as well as leasing a phone that ive had for over 2 years. When i went into the store to get the information i needed to transfer over to another Phone Carrier, the people there did not even try to keep me on their carrier and when asking very simple questions of my phone plan and what i was needing to do to switch over to something else, they gave me the wrong (or not full) information of my plan and how to do that correctly. so for a full 48 hours i have no service, and no way to set up a new phone plan with a different company because of all the locks they put on my phone and number. This is not my only problem. when trying to contact customer service as well as going to the store, I was being told many different things of what i needed to do to get my issue resolved (all but the last were incorrect.) It took me arguing with people over the phone, running from store to store and having to get help from some Amazing guys at the store next door to completely remove myself from the sprint plan and get everything unlocked so i can set up a account and plan with another company. maybe instead of hiring the old version guy to make commercials "on how great sprint is" they should invest more on their customer service and actual ability to have service wherever you go. Also, while i was in the store trying to get my phone back in service (since they could not do it properly before.) the two people working were making comments about a woman who was about to walk into the store, complaining about her coming in once a week about issues with her bill and phone. if they are complaining or mocking customers coming in having issues, it makes me curious of what they said about myself and other customers once we left the store. and to be honest with you readers, I have never made a complaint or gotten this upset with a company in my life. ive never bothered to give a bad review to a company like this because no company has ever treated me like this before. I feel as though Ive been treated as though i am the biggest sucker alive. I know you may think you will save money coming in here but they will bleed you dry for a terrible service plan. The people who i worked with at AT&T next door helped me in every way possible to get me a phone set up and even stayed open late (past when they were suppose to leave and close the store) to help me talk with Sprints customer service and get everything resolved. if anything i would recommend going over to them before you ever consider doing anything with sprint.

This store has to be the absolute worse in all facets of basic knowledge. Every time I go to this store I have a horrible experience. I spent over 4 hours in the store to just upgrade 2 lines. They couldnt figure out how to do the data transfer. My husband ordered a phone and went to pick it up and they had given the phone to someone else. Another time on an exchange they said they couldnt find his number in the system. I am not sure what type of people they keep hiring but after todays experience I will never go back to this store. I will drive 100 miles out of my way before I step foot in this store.

Pretty awful store. In general I would never recommend sprint to anyone I actually care about. This store sold us phones on a buy one get one deal and kepts charging for both phones. Corporate Sprint later told us that we bought the phones 2 days after the buy one get one was over. They overcharged us every single month from the original amount they originally told us. Excited to make a switch to another company and not have to deal with their shady games anymore.

They are fast to sell equipment but the manager could careless about helping when there is a problem. Doesnt have time, desire or the people skills to run that store. There are a few good folks there but with a bad leader they are destin to fail

I got for 3 continuing years sprint service,I went to this store,and the service so horrible.They tell full lies,I spoke with some one in main office and they tell me is not thru .What a garbage of Service,They in the wrong business.

Busy store so there can be a wait but the staff are extremely nice and patient with you. Char is a great employee and has been super helpful when we have had her!
