I was in Aldi Woodstock today and they had their Christmas ham in a freezer. When I opened the freezer I could smell that something was rancid and there was a milky color liquid at the bottom of the freezer and the hams were (although wrapped) in this liquid at the bottom. My hands smelled of rotten food when I touched one. I told the manager whose response was..."we will clean out the freezer tonight" and I asked her if she was going to throw away the meat and told her that the meat was bad and that someone could get very sick from it. She responded with "oh only one is leaking and I have sold a lot today and I even bought one." I again repeated about the hams being bad,,and she was rather flippant and did not seem concerned that people could get very ill from bad meat. I told her she lost a customer and I was going to contact the upper management of Aldi. She was not overly concerned at all. I have shopped at Aldi in Ireland and was always impressed with it, therefore I thought it would be the same in Woodstock, GA. I will not purchase ANY FROZEN products from them again as I do not know how it is treated. This is a poor reflection of a good company and terrible customer service that could make someone very ill over the Holiday season.

I shop here every week, on average, and the store is easy to get in and out of quickly. The 3 star rating is because this location is often out of items - I mean out as in not at all available. Ive been in where there were no fresh vegetables and only one or two single packages of meat available. Mostly, though, the staff is rude. On more than one occasion, Ive seen the cashiers be rude to seniors who have one or two items and a bag and dress them down about not having a cart. Or demanding that they pack up faster and move out of the way...theres no need for the rudeness or to rush our elders for a few single items.

I went in this store and purchased some fruits and vegetables. I noticed just a couple of days later that several of the items were already beginning to rot. Giving the store the benefit of the doubt, the following week I went back into the store purchased more produce and again had the same problem. Hardly any of the produce lasts more than just a few short days. I spoke with another customer while in the store last week picking up a gallon of milk, and she was complaining about the . Is it only this location or is this the "norm"?

Its not this Aldi specifically that I like. Its Aldi in general. I cant say enough good things about this store. Where else can you go and save 1/2 as much as what youd spend at the "low cost leader"? And the Aldi brand products are just as good as the name brand products you get elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and start shopping here if you havent already.

No one beats Aldi when it comes to fruit and vegetable prices. For a family with limited income, frugal shoppers, or anyone looking for great quality at an awesome price, check no further; that goes for all of their products. The staff is impeccable, friendly, and hard-working. Note: not a bad place to purchase flowers for your honey either!

Our family saves a lot money by shopping here. The way Aldis cuts cost by removing bagging, charging a quarter for a nonreturned cart, removing un-needed bloat of competing brands for the same item, and many other small cost saving changes adds up. They pass the cost savings on to the customer which is reflected in the price. Thank you!

Ahhhhhh yeah Aldi is the Heat! Theyre red meat section is iffy,( a more than normal amount of Grissel and fat, except the Bacon wrapped filet) Everything else pretty great for the price point. New parents...shop here. You will thank me later diapers and wipes. I promise.

Most Aldis are alike. They do cater to local tastes by selling Dukes Mayo. The store is usually well-stocked, but sometimes you will find items out of stock, but theyre back in a day or two. Plenty of parking. Easy in and out on Hwy. 92. Friendly staff. Fast checkout.
