Consistently out of stock on oranges, grapefruit, my favorite brands of....yogurt, bacon, milk, condiments, soft drinks, dog food, charcoal and today my own prescription. My medication is one of the top ten prescribed medications. You think they would make sure they kept in stock. The out of stock issue has progressively worsen after they rearranged the store. I visit this store less and less. I now to go to Ingles for produce and meat and shop at another Kroger on the way home from work.

This is one of the best Krogers out there. It has large aisle widths, its a newer store and has fuel pumps and drive through pharmacy. It even has a Starbucks inside if you are into that kind of thing. Shelves are well stocked and the product selections are very good. Kroger sale prices simply cant be beat and it you combine them with their generous store coupons both via standard and also electronic you will slash your grocery bill. I just wish they had this store in Ellijay instead...

Overall, it is a great store, although the service departments (deli, bakery) seem to lack employees that are enthusiastic. The produce available is usually of good quality, but the department is poorly managed, and the night crew doesnt really seem to care if you find what you are looking for. Never buy meat from Kroger!! It is not cut fresh in the store!! The customer service staff, Leanne, Tammy, Billy, Charles and Ashley are all awesome! I shop here several times a week.

One of my two local supermarkets. Its produce section is mediocre. Theyre trying to improve, as of summer of 2016, but without much success. The arrangement of the aisles doesnt make much sense. Theres a real variation in the attitudes of the staff. There are a few super-helpful and knowledgeable folks. The rest could care less. This is not isolated to this store, though, so their competitor is little better in this regard.

Always find more than what Im looking for and the sales are just fantastic. Kroger offers an incredible organic selection. Staff are always helpful and checkout is good for the volume of people that they serve. Loyalty card helps to save .03¢ more off per gallon at their gas station. They also offer lots of gift items in the store for very good prices.

Really Crazy

The store is clean well staffed and well-stocked I can always find my Itmes i want and their stores management team is excellent the nutrition apartment is excellent the young lady named Karen runs better than any of the other nutrition departments i have found Kroger. I love coming to this Kroger

Went in for some bread and ended up with a cart full of groceries. Some amazing deals going on and the produce and fruit looked great. The employees were friendly and the store was clean. Will definitely be shopping here more often.

This store has Clicklist! LOVE this service. Order your items online. Go to Click list parking, call the number and they bring out your items and load them in your vehicle! Saves you time and money! Excellent customer service!

I ordered a birthday cake from the bakery 1-2 weeks ago. Went there to pick it up today and was told that they never made it, and now the cake decorator is on vacation. Guess I wont ever be using their bakery again. So upset!
