This is probably the best whole foods in the country. The management works hard to create community events and engage the local population. Everyone is amazingly courteous, intelligent, and helpful. The building is clean and professional without feeling unwelcoming. The beer and wine tastings sometimes make it feel more like a bar than a grocery. In fact, its the community center and one of the reasons Im willing to put up with Masons high rent. Having been in other Whole Foods markets, this one set the bar and set it pretty high. Great, great team of people.

I used to love Whole Foods when I was in Phoenix. But this whole foods sucks. Lot of times you can find expired milk,eggs on the shelves. You really have to look for expiry dates and pick up. I bought fish from there a few times, and most of the times it was spoiled. They sell this spoiled fish at a high price. Since this is the only shop where few natural items are available I am compelled to go there. Prices are way too high. Vitamins and such stuff costs half the price if you buy them in Amazon.

Whole Foods problem is simple: prices. They are the highest in the food industry and they make little effort to justify those high prices. I always go there expecting more and often find it, but the prices are a real turn-off, so I seldom buy anything, even though I could afford it. Its a real paradox that the company doesnt deal with directly. They seem to think that their philosophy simply warrants higher prices and "you better believe...or we dont care."

It is great to have a Whole Foods close by. The staff here is very friendly. They recently remodeled the store and having the tables near sun filled windows makes it much nicer to grab some of the great prepared food and eat right there. And maybe per, the other reviewer, in 2009 the store closed at 9pm but the Deerfield/Mason store definitely closes at 10pm now everyday (9a-10p) so is very convenient.

Any time I cant find something in a regular store Whole Foods always ends up having it. I never have any trouble finding things in the store either, the sales people are more than happy to walk me over to the aisle to show the items. I dont mind paying a bit more for food here since its usually higher quality and they have such good customer service.

You know for what sometimes gets a wrap as being "whole wallet" this place definitely has some good deals if you seek them out. Big tip here is not to look at product at eye level because that is what people go for first and especially in this speciality grocery establishment look above and below and in the circular and u are sure to find good deals

Visited for the 1st time today. LOVED it. Loved the selection of organic produce and meats! Ill definitely be going back. Prices werent bad at all, comparing to other stores who sell similar items. Some prices were higher, but some were actually lower.

Just want you to know that I needed to place a specialty meat order with you. I was transferred 3 times and then put on hold for 20 minutes. Finally I hung up. Im going to use a different butcher. This was not a good experience, and I love Whole Foods.

This is my favorite grocery store to shop at. They have the best quality organic and local produce. I also love the 365 brand products they carry, they are high quality and a great value. The staff at this store are very helpful and friendly.

For anyones information. The store closes at 9:00 p.m. not at 10:00 p. m. as listed. My husband and I rushed out to make it before 10:00 only to find it was closed anyways. We were not too happy. Hope this helps someone.

This place is awesome. The employees are always so helpful and the products are high quality. I wanted a specific trail mix they didnt offer and they ordered some! Truly a great addition to the deerfield towne center.
